There are people on this board who will defend buying a home at significantly higher monthly payments instead of renting the same place for cheaper.

>property tax bill came, it's up 20% again
>insurance renewal came, it's also up 20%
>HOA increased monthly dues
>roof is starting to leak
>driveway is cracking and falling apart
>deck paint is starting to peel
>disposal stopped working
