But the job requires a drug test in person for background check and claims within 2 business days it should be done. job start date is 2 weeks from now.

I can just say i am out of country and postpone drug test when i am back? a few days before official start date of job. or how does this work.

and I should be using a VPN? the thing is its a shitty job paying 45k a year and im not buying a last minute flight to take a drug test for a job paying 22 dollar an hour even if it is remote.

pic unrelated. any HR people or people or have experienced this before? im sure they will be asking if i even plan on living in usa and i dont know if i should just outright lie and just use VPN later
