Okay, so that’s a 3x. Not great, but a profit’s a profit right. Well they hardly sell. Might sell one copy every two weeks. As a collector of all kinds of things who is offloading their various cards, figures, games, etc. and had ideas of expanding- Selling sucks. >ebay fees are ridiculous>tcgplayer bought by ebay so their fees went up>sales are slow on both platforms so I sell at shows>shows are 1/2 full of people who are looking to sell to you and not buy>also get plagued by people who want your advise on getting product cheap>opening your own online shop is easy but can get pricey>getting people to visit and getting access to vendors for cards is a PITAThat guy will likely have to make a deal with some poketuber or a store that offers him like 60% tcgplayer value. Unless he can confidently sell on ebay or similar and eat those fees and slow sales.I'll keep collecting the small items I like regardless of value, and continue to offload all my other stuff to help fund a dip into crypto/PM/a new side business.
