Why are they so entitled for white collar jobs?
Diversity doesn't drive innovation. Limited resources do. Diversity IS a strength though. Just go live in Asia if you don't believe it. Challenging definitions with logical conclusions and watching fresh eyes approach your entrenched systems is valuable data, not to mention understanding cultural issues that aren't logistical issues because of experience with diverse ranges of individuals. Most of that has already been capitalized on in America though. It's priced in to doing business here.
