I've made 80k with trump coin, but then lost 40k on melania (about 25% of my portfolio).Why I feel that I've only lost.Now every time someone talks about a price of something, I think that I lost like 1 year wage in a few hours.Will I ever emotionally recover from this? How do you guys cope with this?

how much did you put into trumpcoin to make 80k? surely you did not put 40k into trumpcoin? so why did you put 40k into melania? important lesson here. this is a marathon not a sprint. you can lose it all if you're not careful. be glad you only lost 25% of your portfolio and not 100%, and that you're still up 40k. most people lose EVERYTHING. be grateful for this outcome, take a break, move on to the next opportunity with a sober mind
>>59671815I was expecting the same results as trump coin, I was dumb, didn't think straight, because I tried to think straight before putting money on the trump coin while I could get more if I've just aped>>59671850Yeah, I was way more cautious with trump coin, took profits around $20 (could have made more, that's easy to say now...), then went all in on melania, took the bait and got wrecked.The transfers took long, I saw it around $7 and was able to put some money didn't take profits and made my biggest buy at $12, then the graph died.I still think melania was a con play, of course if you got in really early and timed trades perfecty you could still have made a lot of money.However, after losing money, I decided to investigate, melania liquidity pool was only $40000 at first, the $1mi liquidity (like trump coin had from start) was only added after 30 minutes.With low liquidity the price skyrockets, people who bought in the first minutes were able to 40x when the proper liquidity was added.
