Is it still possible to make it in 2025? With a $5,000 starting point is there any reasonable way to grow it? Is staking still profitable? If so, where? Sol? Any new coins or stocks to go all into? I just want to escape the cage that I'm destined to die in. I don't want anything from this life other than my time to be mine.
lol
>>59673075It's so fucking over
>>59673075You aren't escaping shit with a $5,000 investment, even if you invested in the next big thing it'll take years to get you any sort of profit that can be considered making it.
>>59673104What's the minimum to be taken seriously? $100k to go in on something? I get it; I'm fucked.
>>59673114Enough for 1 BTC now and in 10 years you might have a decent retirement.
>>59673075Safe bets (i.e. long term)>Crypto: BTC, XRP>Stocks/ETFs: XOP, SWTSX, VNQLess risky to riskiest>Crypto: SOL, XYO, AMP, CHEESEI don't do risky stocks or funds.
>>59673075market is really good rn isnt it?
>>59673104Don't listen to this fag, OP.>>59673075Obviously, if you want an overnight retirement, that's not gonna happen unless by the grace of God you stumble upon the next DOGE or SHIBA, which is very unlikely. Now if what you want is to accumulate "quick" profit (at least quicker than wagecucking and long term ETFs), with $5000 it's more than doable if you do it right but you have to keep adding $$ to your portfolio in order for your nest egg to grow. Do your research on BTC/ETH/SOL, altcoins and shitcoins alike and take risks accordingly. The "safest" one is BTC but for the most part you'll have to go by intuition and trust in the project. Chart reading is atrology-tier faggotry so I wouldn't bet too much on that but you do you.
>>59673075You sound like a fucking loser. I’m not too much better off. I only have .18 btc, but god lmao 5k is fucking cat shit capital
>>59673353I appreciate the reply. This is good advice.>>59673358There's no question that I'm a loser. No friends, no family, and certainly no net worth. I was dealt a very fucked up hand in life, but that's how shit goes, and I was hoping to turn things around for the better. I already know how how that usually goes but I wanted to at least try.
>>59673437No problem, man. A year ago, I would've told you to keep accumulating ETH but ETH is in a weird position now. You still could but there's a lit of people saying it's gonna crash. So take that as you will, too.
>>59673075>too late to make it?You can (potentially) make it through crypto, but a safer bet is dividend stocks. 5k in a 10% fund or dividend stock would net you approximately $40 each month. If you reinvested your $40 into the same fund, added $500 each month (wagie), and also added 5k each year from your tax return (if you can), in 10 years your dividends checks would be roughly $1,661 each month. You could either live off that or continue to reinvest, and in 10 more years, you'd be expecting dividend checks of roughly $6,046. Lots of variables there, but low effort. Many companies will manage it for you so you don't have to do the research yourself, though you'll lose a decent chunk. If you do manage it yourself you can always get off the ride at any time. Maybe you aren't able make additional 500/month payments to yourself, or that you don't have the option of $5k each year from a tax return, but I'm only trying to show you a way out that doesn't rely (nearly as much) on clownworld as crypto.Consider 80% of savings to dividend stocks, 15% real assets (land, precious metals, etc.), 5% crypto yeeting or other speculative assets.tldr; growth through dividends are slow but more dependable than crypto. no matter what you do, I feel you, fren. It's never too late to make it.
>>59673934>5k in a 10% fund or dividend stock would net you approximately $40 each monthWhat fund or stock has a 10% yield?
>>59673971>stockI'm pretty sure ABR is still up there. >fundVOO or one similar The safer bet is with the dividend aristocrats, yes. I'm just trying to give OP an example to help him understand how dividends could help.
>>59673287>XYOwhy XYO? I have multiple similar coins on my radar. Just wondering why you picked these + sol
Just buy local farm
>>59674049>XYOThis one's a personal long term bet but if you look at the history of the coin, it's pretty solid. It poomped pretty good last year and gave a lot of people very good gains. I'd been holding for a while years ago and back then it also gave me a solid portfolio. The most important things for me, though, are: >solid and active team>mining app where you can trade the XYO you mine for prizes>legitimate use for geo-location and tracking which is where the coin gets its name fromThere's also a rumor floating around that Tesla was considering using XYO for a project regarding their cars but I take that with a grain of salt. Even that aside, I personally think XYO is a sleeping giant but we'll see.>SOLI'm just going where the wind is blowing with this one but this was even before the Trump thing. >Trump launched his memecoin on the chain, people mass adopting it and still are>got boomers and normies going into crypto>low fees>legitimate teamNow that I think of it, it might just be THE normie coin. But those are just my takes.
