I just saw 20 homes get listed today for sale, I live in a small town with a population less than 15k, I browse zillow a lot, usually I see one or two listings per week, I've never seen this many in one day. Is this the beginning of the new housing crash, will I finally become a homoner? Fingers crossed for a 50% crash if true.
