The also have legalese in the prospectus stating that they owners can simply give you nothing and buy you out of your position. It may be a nice tool to use to trade GME if you think we are going to crab for another six million years. But I would view it with skepticism. If the prime brokers rugpull short sellers, they would very likely also be calling in ALL of their loans which could impact whoever is managing this ETF. And if the shares run away to six million dollars each you better believe the WTF owners will just buy you out long before that happens so you get rugged. This is a liquidity soaking scam to take pressure off of real-shares. If you think you are going to 2x MOASS from this thing and everyone else only gets 1x MOASS I would imagine you are sorely mistaken.
