All that Trumpshit is going to dump once Trump vetoes the Epstein petition after it passes. His son already semi-dumped his dad's crypto portfolio in advance. Rep. Adelita Grijalva (D-AZ) promises to sign it when she gets sworn in by Oct. 7 if everyone else is too chickenshit about it. Trump can veto the list but by house bipartisan majority rule law it has to be released if it isn't overriden which is HIGHLY likely so late Feb 2026 at the very latest we get to read victims testimonies and know the accusers names unredacted including all their degenerate pedo proclivities and weird fetishes. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Whitney Webb is literally drooling by the mouth waiting for these files so she can connect more money laundering schemes when the names are redacted. Some of these names are loyal to Trump and vice versa, so expect some corruption tied at least financially to Epstein or his old bankbros . 2026 is going to be one crazy fucking year for HAPPENINGS!

quick Bloomberg podcost vid on how UHN sold off parts of it business to raise money and claim the money is adjusted earnings, so they could claim the beat earnings expectations. The loss of revenue seems to come from the new V-coding requirements and more strict review of using these codes and therefore less money being paid by the governent for health care. It appears the company is in serious trouble.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVOHFVJgsQo

I see some comments that suggest UNH was "upcoding" the v-codes meaning they were potentially falsifying the type and amount of care they were paid for but may not have actually provided.

You can't invest medium term unless you're crazy good, just do it like long term: short expensive stuff, long cheap stuff. Don't use options.

>It was a footnote in their 10k.

This is why you *have* to read the filings. One of my earlier employers (a tech company) is pretty much fucked. They're going to have a few absolutely terrible quarters but the facts most sites (finviz, godel, yahoo) show don't show it, you have to dig through the "management's commentary blah blah" section to see it. It's in a normally blue/white financial statement but it's not a standard fact so you have to actually read the report. Man I wish I could trade them but too many of my ex coworkers keep giving me MNPI.

I saw something similar with the last company I made a model for this afternoon. It's actually super cheap but everyone's just trading off P/E etc instead of forecasting out the things actually driving the business.

Don't just ping pong around, if you're going to put money into a trade make sure you *really* understand what you're getting into first.
>>
if im in a company and i know my company is losing business, and the market is duopoly so while i cannot be certain, i can make an educated guess on where the business is going, and the competitor is publicly traded while my company is just a tiny subsidiary under a big publicly-traded giant

can i get in trouble?
>>
>>60994602
Yes but if I tell you about it you're just going to end up losing a lot of money.

Neverminded.
I have since thought about it and decided this would be funny.

>>
>>60994552
Suit yourself, you want to lose all your money like the retards with copium holding chainlink for 8+ years be my guest
>>
>>60994659
No (not a lawyer though.)
The rule is no trading on MNPI:
Material: (it effects the businesses financial/operational state)
Non Public: (People outside the company can't see it.)
There has to be a tipper within the company who's charged with keeping MNPI confidential (in my case that would be the ex coworkers in the finance department who keep complaining about their job.)
Nominally there's supposed to be a reward you give the tipper as well but lately "warm feelings" or whatever is enough apparently.

The fine is 3x your profits and some number of years in jail, they'll regularly go after small traders (like $1k even) so it's just not worth it.

what did you learn from it, thats the most important part

what were their revenues and growth like? did they have cashburn? etc often you can end up selling too early by relying on fundamentals, but you'll often never hold too long
like if you have a house in a neighborhood with houses around $500k and your house is just slightly bigger and someone is offering you $600k yeah maybe you'll say no, but if they're offering you $1m or $2m then you'll sell because it's overvalued at that price. the same can be done with stocks

I am not going to make any effort here to present a primer for new futures traders, but rather, I will look at some futures charts at the end of this chapter to show the journeyman that chart analysis can be used as a decision-making method in these dramatic markets. Again, chart analysis has the weakness (or strength) of being a qualitative process. It will not make decisions for the average trader, as a mechanical system will. On the other hand, a breakout is a breakout. A gap is a gap, leaving aside the question of limit move gaps for the moment. A trend is a trend. And here is the great advantage that a firm grasp of charting methods can give the practitioner. It can give him the perspective to recognize the essential nature of the market at hand and choose to wait or to enter. Mechanical methods not having the qualitative discrimination of an experienced chartist will blindly take every trade until they are out of money. The experienced chart analyst can sit back and say, this market has not yet made a bottom and the time to begin trading it long has not yet come.

it went from 59 million shares outstanding from 2021, into 227 million shares outstanding now, presumably since it had to dilute shares to keep the lights on since they were burning cash

imagine if you had a $1m house that was being rented out through air bnb, split into 4 equal shares with your family or friends, somehow you're losing money because it was a lemon and theres lots of repairs you had to do, the house was vacant most of the time so you barely collected any rent -> just burning cash for awhile and you ran out of cash
you had to go find 18 other famiy or friends to borrow cash so you could still pay the mortgage, they agreed to keep you cash in exchange for part ownership of the $1m house. Now it's being split between 24 people

the house is now worth double, $2m overall since you fixed it up and collected some rent money, paid off mortgage debt more, but your stake in the house is now only $83K when you started with a $250k stake, down -70% because of all the share dilution

Alot of US Pharma companies might go up a bit while those without US manufacturing might drop in the morning. It might be worth keeping a eye on for a quick sell then a buy for the foreign ones, Trump will change his mind about the tarrifs or they will announce US manufacturing and then go up in a week or so.

The moves might not be that big but they will probably be predictable.

HGRAF had a quick sentiment reset back to discount of current price range and bounced back up. Price action is looking solid.

At end of day tomorrow, institutional investors that use and require MOC orders will be able to start trading HGRAF. Only stock on the CSE that fulfills that requirement, and is a requirement for uplisting to the TSX, which means that both the NASDAQ/TSX uplistings are coming down the pipe.

I think some of Kevin Bambrough's friends running funds requested that they apply for MOC compliance, so will be interesting to see how quickly institutional money will come into the stock.

>US companies have no interest
That’s a pretty big statement. There’s always a desire to enter any profitable business. Had you said, “it’s impossible for US firms to make a profit against South Asian competitors due to labor and materials cost”, I could accept that; and that’s the problem. There’s always desire is DEFINITELY there. Prior to overseas competition, cabinet making was a well paying trade. They generally made custom on site by tradesmen. Now it’s standardized cabinets made in factories and South American immigrants “install” them in a slipshod manner.

He is playing ball too hard.
Using just tariff to force companies to comeback isnt gonna fix the issue:
Usa is just too expensive even with all the tax breaks. Whatever it is built will just lose money. Is a lose lose situation if done like this.
If he hit specific medio and companies sure. But a white blanket is just gonna make pain for both industries and consumers. He wants the work of a decade done in 2 years.
Like manufacturing is no where near back even with other tariffs.

>The U.S. is planning to ask chip companies to manufacture the same number of semiconductors domestically as their customers import from overseas producers, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday.
>Companies that do not maintain a 1:1 ratio over time would have to pay a tariff, the report said, citing people familiar with the plan.
U.S. President Donald Trump said last month his administration would impose a tariff of about 100% on imports of semiconductors but it would not apply to companies that were manufacturing in the U.S. or had committed to do so.

No one wants to fight in the same way the masses wanted it in WW1 and 2.

There will be no revolution or uprising in any western states (the only ones that matter). The people are too docile by drugs, slopa and vidya.

Fact is, nothing is going to happen. Nothing ever happens.

I've got bad news, anon. WW1 and WW2 were won through superior population sizes and manufacturing output. NATO's population and manufacturing output compared to BRICS (and especially China) is even less favorable than the Axis' population and manufacturing output were when compared to the Allies. Best case scenario, we cede Taiwan and the Baltic's, and call for a truce before things get too ugly. I wish things were different, and it's a massive indictment on the retards in power for the last few decades for letting things get this bad, but that's just the absolute state of our country in current year. This is one of the reasons you should be hoarding precious metals and precious metal accessories, btw.

total crap. The previous CEO ran it into the ground. The cars look good, good technology, they dont have the team to make it work. They miss their deadlines, barely produce any cars, do not have the employee numbers to compete, electric cars are failing without massive subsidies.

That's the other reason why WW3 will go really badly. We won WW1 and WW2 because we took it super seriously and fought harder and smarter than anyone else. Now everyone today thinks we'll win WW3 without even trying because that's what always happens in the movies, without them understanding the current dilapidation of our military-industrial capabilities. Buy precious metals and precious metal accessories.

Sprott's ETFs like PSLV are nice because they're redeemable for physical bullion and they're backed with full (non-fractional) reserves. I'm not sure their ETFs would have the most liquidity if you're doing options, though.

me again, you are better off throwing 1k at INTC and 1K at LTC while they are ripping. Or, wait for Trump to announce the next company he takes a stake in and putting 2k in that. Or ride the first two up until the next Trump announcement then sell the first two and take all the principle and gains and buy into the the third one.

>NATO's population and manufacturing output compared to BRICS (and especially China) is even less favorable than the Axis' population and manufacturing output were when compared to the Allies.
lol, you're an idiot for thinking BRICS is going to be a military alliance. They're barely even an economic one. Hues and pajjets are more likely to side with the west than against it, and South Africa is a complete non-factor. This will come down to NATO and friends vs. Russia and China, which would be a complete curb-stomp. This is why WW3 isn't going to happen, nobody wants to deal with the aftermath of such a curb-stomp, so all the tensions will just end-up fizzling out.
