Trump signs a new executive order stating that gold and silver ownership is illegal. Men in suits will come to your house to retrieve your metals. What will you do?
>>61003978Genuinely considering getting into this buy everything feels topped out and thinking I should wait for a dip.

>>>61003872I have 1776 Stinkies, idk if you missed that. Was contemplating selling my little bitcoin and converting to pms. Honestly we have 118k in high yield that I should continue to invest anything above 100k. Just don’t wanna lose our down payment
>>61003994>Trump signs a new executive order stating that gold and silver ownership is illegal. It won't happen. Digital ID is a far bigger threat.

Will mintanon be able to release the cheese coins? With spot marching up higher, perhaps even $70 will not be enough to cover minting costs (I saw him raise the price from $65
>>61004090Will need to go up another $5. Silver was $38 at the beginning of August

Do I buy a 100oz RCM bar ($4630 - .21 cents over melt per Ozt) or get $100 junk silver ($3238 - $1 below melt per Ozt in dimes or quarters)? I expect to find lots of slicks within the junk lot. I already have a very respectable amount of silver/gold bullion and over $120 in junk if that helps.
>>61003279$1k price for any silver/gold NOT US coinage (90% constitution al nor Eagles).$1k face for silver or gold Eagles or 90% constitutional silver (I omitted 90% before). Also try and decipher this:https://www.investopedia.com/articles/personal-finance/081616/understanding-taxes-physical-goldsilver-investments.asp
>>61003994Nice try retard, anyone with brains to be into precious metals is the type of person to investigate and be curious and if you read your history books they ran that campaign in patriotism and the willingness of Americans to be patriots BT handing in gold willingly to support America. It was never done with force and intimidation. Governments have never been able to confiscate money from the people through force and not get fucked off by the populace hiding everything they can. Not only that but this situation has been used to fool idiots into not buying precious metals because it's pretty good FUD however, like I said, anyone into precious metals is not retarded enough to fall for that.
Feeling like by October 31st silbers will easily hit $50 but then we'll finally get our black swan we've been so patiently waiting for all year long immediately afterwards.>>61004340If I had that much spare FedBux I'd go with the 100 oz bar. Personally, not a fan of junk but I understand its value. TBQHF I'd just save up a little more and get a lot of 100 ASEs.
Based on the Denarius being worth a days wage of hard labor which equates to around 4grams of silver or around 300usd+ the actual value of 1 Troy oz of silver should be around 2k+.
>>61003994>What will you do?Are you a glowie learning where to look?
Well guys, it worked out last time I bought before market opened Sunday afternoon. Or do I snag another oz of the classic AU? Costcuck ran out of stock but found 3839 for Aussie coin
I ordered some coins on ebay and I think the seller must not have sold coins in the past because he TAPED them together (double sided tape.) Here's what I received (pictures of what was on the ebay listing next.) Should I try to get a partial refund from him? I got them for pretty close to melt at the time, but this seems egregiously bad
>>61004505in particular some of the tokyo olympics 100 yen coins were definitely unc before they got tape residue on them
>>61004379Thank you, goblin fucker. I too believe the big bitch is cooler than a thousand cripples. Have a good night
>>61004379>ASEsyeah, im good on the $3 markup from spot.Any anons familair of any deals for 90% half dollars? Best I can find is for quarter and dime roles 90%, 49cent below spot
>>61004340Bar. Junk is very, very niche imho.
You guys think platinum will drop down anytime soon? I'm looking to buy. Should have been dollar cost averaging this whole time
>>61004505Looks like theres already some residue on the listing photos. You're buying junk silver for spot and trying to nickel and dime refunds for them not being perfect? Mazal tov shlomo... It doesn't sound like he listed them as uncirculated mint condition.
>>61004505>>61004507They actually look exactly the same as the listing just with different lighting
>>61004579Kek
>>61004523Bullion Exchange (smaller dealer, but reputable and I haven’t had any trouble with) is currently running $100 of dimes or quarters for $1 below melt per ounce. BE’s silver spot is about .25 higher than monument’s spot price (where I assume you’re referencing for the .49 below), so it’s more like .75 off per rather than a full $1. Apmex does the same thing, annoyingly
>>61004588>$1 under spot:D>$100FVNo.Buy an ad.
>>61004588thx anon. im tempted and have it in my cart.. Id get the half dollars if I were to pull the trigger. But do I really need that much more. 180 ounces silver, 5.8ounce gold. 50k in crapto. 120k HYSA
>>61004579>>61004580perhaps you're right, but the coins themselves are a bit sticky, which I don't think is how they were originally. And even if I got them for near spot, I still was expecting at least some of them to be uncirculated. Had I known they were going to be all damaged, I wouldn't have bid above spot.
>>61004603I’m more heavy into silver as I think the GSR will tighten (so I am a little biased). If you don’t have any junk silver, then I’d recommend you go for it so you can sell/trade in smaller increments. It may not perform as well as your other assets, but it’ll beat holding cash
any aussies got any hot picks on where to buy at a decent price? Most online places seem to sell shit for exactly the same price, and nothing is ever at spot.
>>61004451>Based on the Denarius being worth a days wage of hard labor which equates to around 4grams of silver or around 300usd+ the actual value of 1 Troy oz of silver should be around 2k+.Interesting thought, but the other factor we need to take into account, is productivity. Romans were basically human/animal powered. No steam engines, no motors, no electricity. As soon as you add some technology, productivity in everything, including silver mining increases. If we do experience some kind of political/economic collapse that results in disruption of supply chains/international trade, expect it to reduce the standard of living while increasing the value of silver.
>>61004052Let me tell you what, I think chainlink is going to pump before silver and we will be able to trade some of those stinks for silver and mining stocks...link will probably end up more valuable tho but you gotta take some profit and put it somewhere else
>>61004642Chainlink = Oracle = (((Larry Ellison)))
