>In 1971 the US mint began selling 40% Silver Eisenhower Dollars to the public
>The Standard Version (the Blue Ike) was sold for $3 a pop starting in October of that year
>The Proof Version (the Brown Ike) was sold for $10 a pop
>At no point since these coins have been minted has Silver gone high enough for the Boomers who bought them to make an inflation adjusted profit
>For someone who bought a Blue Ike on day one of sales in October 1971 to make a profit Silver will have to reach $75 in current day USD
>For someone who bought a Brown Ike on day one of sales, Silver will have to reach $245 in current day USD
>The prices they charged were so ridiculous that even the Treasury Secretary publicly called the Mint out on it
>Despite this they sold nearly 7 million Blue Ikes and nearly 5 million Brown Ikes in 1971 alone
How did the Mint manage to rape Boomers so hard and get away with it?
>>

Boomers love numismatics. A lot of the bad reviews on a local coin shop are from boomers trying to sell their worthless "rare" coin that has zero precious metal content.

If cost is the same (it isn't but it's like $2 difference in total price) would you get mercury dimes or roosevelt dimes? I feel like going mercury just so for a potential barter people will know for certain they aren't the standard worthless modern dimes. Or am I overthinking it?

If they mined 57.3 tonnes of gold, and kept 5%, they have about ~US470m in gold in the treasury by the end of 2025 at today's prices. They also pocketed about 8.9billion USD.

That's 470m more than the U.S.!

good lcuk anon! I've ordered a panning kit last week and will head out some weekend in october with some friends to go and try some creeks here. Depending on where u live it might be easy or not so much. I figure its like fishing; be mentally prepeared to not find a damn thing. You should check some vids on the best areas in creeks for gold to settle in and also prepare for a lil hike. Easy accesible spots most likely will have been panned. Of course, if there has been flash floods and whatnot ocurring you might get lucky and the spot got "refilled".

>If there was a massive economic issue, or something drastically pushing silver higher logically, I'd be screaming 400 per oz
Oh, you mean something like the USA caught in a debt trap where they are forced to use Yield Curve Control and sell only short term debt, while pinning their hopes on the crypto stablecoin ponzi?

Oh you mean something the USA losing her "exorbitant privilege" where she could in the past just print virtually endless amounts of money, and the world would just give her stuff in exchange for it, AND THEN BUY US TREASURIES with it, and now those days are over forever?

Oh you mean something like 10,000 boomers per day entering retirement, the land of government promised unlimited free healthcare, including prescription drugs, in the country with the most expensive healthcare and prescription drugs with an estimated total cost exceeding $100 Trillion?

Oh you mean something like silver being chronically underpriced to the point where available London good delivery bars are running out and there isn't enough silver to meet even growing industrial demand, let alone investment demand?

Unlike 2011 and 1980, we have a perfect storm of events, combined with the toughest anti-mining regulatory period in all of history. Looks like "Pagan Wolf" (a he a furry?) has subconciously called for $400 silver, but doesn't actually realize it.
>>
>>61009265
>You might get rich, but many bankers will jump from rooftops if the whole market goes down
Not just bankers. Many normies who are completely unprepared, debt maxed, ethnically replaced, mentally subjugated and fatally vaccinated will lose it all and lose it.

Media will try and contain it, just like they contain black mass shooter stories, but people will begin to notice.

During the Weimar hyperinflation you had "formerly well to do husbands" jumping out of windows, or worse, taking a rifle up to the roof and shooting at random people in the street.

If we get the perfect storm of the markets crashing, bond market puking, deep recession, real estate crash, banking failure, and US dollar losing reserve status and getting dumped by international markets, yes the silver chads will be some of the richest people in a sea of terrible overwhelming misery.

Did I mention, those insufferable European idiots are doing everything they can to provoke a NATO war with Russia?

Oh, you mean something like for the first time in history, BOTH the UK and France are on the verge of needing an IMF bailout while at the same time, Germany sinks into the worst economic crisis since the great depression?

Oh, you mean something like the EU doing everything they can to provoke a NATO war with Russia?

Oh, you mean something like the USA having lost unipolar hegemon status in 2014, having to struggle and spend trillions she doesn't have to reindustrialize her heartland after being completely hollowed out over the last 25 years?

Oh, you mean something like Japan, the most indebted government on earth now facing severe crisis due having the highest bond rates in history, threatening to crash the entire world banking system?

There is no shortage of bad things aligning concurrently. The only thing needed to put the shit cherry on this crap sundae, would be a nuclear WW3.

Yeah, I think silver is gonna have some legs. Whether this month or sometime in the not too distant future, silver chads will be swimming in pussy if they can keep their heads. (literally)

Sadly, propaganda works on a significant percentage of the population. Even cynical intelligent people can be manipulated if the information access is sufficiently controlled.

They cannot make you violate your strongly held moral beliefs, but they can nudge us on matters that we don't have strong pre-existing feelings about, which is often enough to win elections.

In that sense, /pol/ has nudged me significantly. The main difference is that it was using truth to UNbrainwash me from the previous false programming. The truth about some things "redpilling" allows me to actually make more sense of things, understand the world better, and allow for more survivability in a world where many of the people do not have our best interests in mind..

>Putin and Lavrov
Lavrov is absolutely amazing. I would absolute enjoy having a conversation with him. He is a rare example of what used to be called a statesman. He is a master of his craft, and it's a joy to watch him in action.

Putin has displayed extreme patience and restraint in the face of extreme perfidy and provocation. There are many (including myself) that would have not been so tolerant of Ukraine/Zelensky/EU.

What next in gold price? Wait (If you can) some days or a week more. Dr. Markus Krall told in latest vid (12 minutes.): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUoA01TEOdc that even he was surprised about last weeks gold uprise, might be because structures of the market/world was changed. He expect more up for gold as always, but also there might be a fall of gold price/small corretion. ... So we wait for this correction to by more, I hope. I also need fiat too, so no big tragedy if it not goes down anymore at at all maybe. ... I once also noticed there are strange gold curse fall in near every december first or second week monday or tuesday for some reason. Then another chance to by cheaper. One with more knowledge might chech this december anomaly? Maybe they do some inventure like metall companys do in dezember on those time? I once buy at exact such date at an vendor store after this pattern jumped in my eyes.

I’m a trumpet player studying performance at university. I feel like I will never be any good and that’s part of why I love it. It’s got to be one of the hardest instruments to master. I was talking with someone earlier about this, I can’t think of any instrument where the stakes are higher. If you make a mistake on tmpt it’s impossible not to hear, but pianists and string instruments and other instruments fuck up all the time and it’s barely noticeable or nobody cares.
Picrel is some of my instruments I took on vacation to practice.

BTW, Ukranians are obviously the biggest victims of this war. They didn't want it, Zelensky ran his campaign on a peaceful platform, and the "City of London" has gladly sacrificed millions of truly decent, innocent Ukrainians for their geopolitical interest. Iryna is also a victim of this war as well. She would almost certainly been alive and living her own life had there been no war.

It's hard not to shed a tear seeing how much Ukraine and her people have suffered on behalf of the powers that control the EU.

At what gold price are we all heading out west to start prospecting? Im thinking at $6k/oz ill buy a 4” dredge and all the other equipment and head out to one of the AMRA claims to start and maybe get one of my own eventually. Hopefully this is possible by early spring next year. Dredging for gold with my bro in some beautiful wilderness and making bank would be so kino.

Has anybody done this? At $150/gram i think you could easily pull 3+ grams a day at least if youre working serious 8-10 hour days rotating with a partner, assuming a decent claim of course

I cannot blame them. If one is raised to not be able to think independently, yet is given the prospects of a terrible future, escaping as a cope is the most logical survival mode available to them.

The alternative is prepping, but if one isn't of that mindset, where does one even start? Some of us weird types thrive on adversity, and we only get into trouble when things are going too well.

Nearl everyone in this thread, excepting the shills and maybe some of the greedier Jews has at least a little bit of the survival instinct left in them.

making it is entirely subjective and depends on what your goals and dreams in life are. Your motivation for accumulating/saving wealth. Your aspiration to stack. To me "making it" means to have a plot of land in finland with a lake to fish and a forest to hunt, a cozy house and possibly some frens that live nearby.

Actshually, the CPM group was 54 billion oz, and the included what they admitted was unrecoverable silver, and was only a calculation of all the silver ever mined by human beings in history.

This neglects the fact that the much of the silver ever mined has been used and lost forever, and much of the remainder is currently uneconomically feasible to recycle at current price levels.

In case anyone here already know, the technical term for double thick coins is Piedfort.
>What Is A Piedfort Coin? Piedfort coins are originally associated with France where they can be traced back to the twelfth century. These special coins were given the name 'Piedfort' meaning 'heavy foot' or 'heavy measure' because they are double the thickness and weight of standard coins.

The outcome is certain, the only difference is, the longer it takes for Europe (Ukraine isn't driving this war) to come to terms with Russia, the less Ukraine (and Ukrainians) there will be.

You don't give one single fuck about the decent Ukrainians who were involuntarily conscripted and getting ground to hamburger every single day.

Some of us think it's a tragedy what the EU/NATO has done to the beautiful country of Ukraine full of beautiful, mostly nice people.

This war was needless and all that was needed to prevent it was keeping NATO out of Ukraine, but the Jews running the City of London, and the Ashkenazi Jews like Nuland running US foreign policy have an ethnic hatred towards Russia and Russians going back to the times of the Tsar, and they won't stop trying to destroy Russia until they are stopped.
