I have no idea. I have read articles that say yes and no. The regular IPO method is also fake and gay. The big banks inflate the share price and cash out just after the IPO and make billions. Many times the share price tanks after. I buy and dump stocks all the time. I look at the steepness of the share price curve, when it starts to go parabolic I start dumping. I am only looking for rips. I started buying this crap Monday, and I bought more today. I never go all in on anything. Its a small position for me and its moving faster than I thought. I wish I was in sooner. If I see anything that alarms me I will dump it instantly. Everyone here needs to do their own research and make their own descions. I have seen a lot of great tips here, but I always do my own risk analysis before buying and dumping.

>I have seen one good tip and then a lot of bagholders.
timing is most important. I made money on a bunch of stocks. I even made money (about $2,200) on HGRAF because I was early enough and dumped fast (look at the shape of the price curve). I just did HGRAF for entertainment. You need to recognize a pump and dump vs. a new/newer company with volatile price action. Am I an expert, no. I have my losers too, but I cut my losers as soon as I think they are losers. But the winners are usally 2x - 10x and make up for the losses. Do not rush it. If you do not understand the company business (and they always hide stuff) then don't invest in it. I don't understand pharmiceuticals so I never touch them.

that is the trick. You should understand brokerages sell trade data (or order flow), yes your trade data, to hedge funds who watch what and when retail are buying and have the high speed computer/connections, money, and experience to bait the most retailers into buying, holding and then fucking raping them. Its like the vegas slot machines that are programmed to make it look like you almost won, to bait you into playing again and again. I think if you understand how it works you will not hesitate to sell and not fall for the bait (look its coming back...oh if I just hold a little longer....shit it suddenly plunged again).

Oh big nice. ETHM only has 22 million shares, and only 8 million additional ones to be released. So when the spac merger happens they won't immediately dilute, and since the stock is undervalued compared to similar shit (bitminer and that other one) it might actually pump for once. I wonder if it makes me retarded for not allocating more. But it can't be that easy right? It wouldn't just magically 10x on merger right?

Like seriously am I stupid for only putting 100 bucks a day into ETHM and not just lump-summing 10k? The similar products of BMNR and that other one are both slightly above their total holdings (BMNR is about 1/3 above at 16 bil mcap and 12 bil holdings) of ethereum. With a simlar metric, ETHM after merger without the 8 million 'to be issued later' shares should literally 10-15x.

It just seems too easy. If it's so easy, why is it not already pumping? I can't possibly be the only guy exploiting this arbitrage in price, there has to be a fucking catch, which is why I'm not going all in- but what if there is no catch and it just pumps hard like when BMNR went 20x in 2 weeks in july?

and then I rode that shit down to $6 and was down for a long long time before it made it back to $20. I stayed in because it was backed by InQTel and because of their connections. It paid off, but could have gone bad. I watched the spac warning vid, learned something, will be out before any merger. Right now making money, we will what the next few days/weeks has in store.

Naw my bull case is simple for ETHM spac

-it has an mcap of 231 million
-total assets of about 2.5 billion
-other Ethereum treasuries are valued above their total ethereum holdings (BMNR is 16 billion mcap, 12 billion assets, spark is similar)
-other spacs pumped right before/after the merger

So my bull case here is that it merges and ethereum has its bull moment/runs to 6k (lol) and ETHM pumps 5-10x (should be more based on total assets but whatever) and then sell that retard rip.

Oh sweet. You got balls to play the IPO game because majority of the time the original employees and investors cash out immediately. What are the implications of everything being so fake and gay? Every business related media feed is full of bots, grifters or grifting bots. There used to be small pockets of the internet where people would share their journey building a business without the twitter techbro clickbait stuff. I know being an FA means doing the opposite of what most do here (Passive Investment Strategies for long-term gain vs Short Term Gains) but I'm taking in some pretty solid clients. Didn't think I'd be here with the route I took but my branch has been nothing but helpful so far.

so it loosk like I am retardeds, and Ondas Holdings already merged 2022 and since acquired more companies and the price run is because of defense contracts.
"Ondas Holdings Inc. ("Ondas") is a leading provider of private wireless data solutions via Ondas Networks Inc. ("Ondas Networks") and commercial drone solutions through American Robotics, Inc. ("American Robotics" or "AR") and Airobotics LTD ("Airobotics"), which we operate as a separate business unit called Ondas Autonomous Systems."
So, spac dilution is over bottoming in April 2025. The news I was looking at kept giving me results of an upcoming merger or recent merger that was not completed yet.

>hopefully I could be your Advisor some day lol
Unlikely unless you're a CPA and even then I'd just be paying you for tax filing and per session fees.

Only trust fund babies, dumb boomers (not even the smart ones), and spoiled idiots with too much money need FAs.

>>61031802
It means little if anything at all.
FAs are basically a mix of sales goons and trust fund baby sitters.
Research firms, fiduciaries, CPAs, and private equity investment bankers are the ones you'd be looking for anyways.
