You look at comex v paper deliveries in isolation not accounting for contract financing re delivery end users. In the trades, brokers will buy contracts, and end users will buy the contract from the broker and only pay for what they take delivery of, and the broker makes money on the interest and the carry. Making dough off spot fluctuation is just icing on the cake. So even contracts being oversold doesn’t accurately depict the cages emptying. On 47th street alone the amount of gold/silver moving across the street and back is obscene. And that’s just one market in one city. Industrial feed shot of both gold and silver exist in absurd quantities and theres constantly more being recycled and mind constantly. Coin collectors are absurd.
