$GPUS .. BYND makes 3.1x revenue of this but has 2.5x the shares so this can very well theoretically pump to 5 if it gets memed on. It did 5 last June, 7 in fact. With the bitcoin it’s making and the 100 million yearly revenues , this could be a little bit like MSTR, where you have the AI software company funding the bitcoin scheme and hopefully they keep growing their bitcoin reserves and AI aims in 2026.

Holding cash. Feel the crash is eminent, either mid Q1 or failing that Q3/Q4 next year. I’ve only ever traded crypto and had a 401k. I’ve been watching day and night the past 3 weeks making hypothetical moves without making any actual investment to gauge my sentiment. Still do not understand more than basic terminology in regard to options so I will sit down soon and study. I see people in the last few threads recommending VOO, but I’ve had my eye on plain old VSTX for a while due to the tax benefits. Where’s a place I can get a QRD on tax laws for my individual situation in relation to my account? AI? YouTube? There’s a lot of factors at play compared to say DEX trading with no KYC. Don’t want to get fucked with whatever I do, and whatever investments I make here soon I will be pulling out hopefully before the correction/retrace. Any phrasing someone could offer to get me started asking the right questions would be very cash money

I will. Being that there’s earnings calls for Microsoft, Meta and Amazon this week and today none of them rose more than 3%, would tomorrow morning be a good time to buy some of each at spot? I’ve looked at the numbers and they should all be good news events. Coupled with the likely rate cut it seems like good opportunity for each of them to climb. Regardless tomorrow I will through some cash into VOO or VSTX and forget about it until things change. Thanks fren

Alright so here's my DD/TA on Natural gas

So
It always fills the gap
And it just gapped up by a lot. So my logic is that natty gas is about to take a tumbly wumbly soon and fill the gap bigly and then we get a nice little Kold on the Kob like the other couple of times that natural gas has dumped around this time every year.

immediately. biggest expense of any business is it's employees. fire 10 people who each make 50,000 is $500,000 in savings. tack on not having to pay OASDI, unemployment, 401k matches, and any other expense relating to employees and you have got yourself one heck of a bump in net income

HR can kiss my ass. They made the right choice.

>stocks go to nothing
>dollar worthless. Cant buy anything.
>cryptos immediately crash
>gold/silver skyrockets

Boomer goes to grocery store and realizes he can't buy food with gold. Boomer goes to sell gold to get food. Dollar still worthless... oh well at least i have a lot more he thinks. Walks up to exchange. Guy at window: "govt has set a limit on gold price so they can collect it all and reback the dollar." Boomer downloads crypto app. Everyone dumped into it after the crash because at least the grocery stores now accepts it in place of the dollar. Everyone is broke because of the timing of these events. Boomer trades gold for dollar to crypto and can buy a can of beans. Anyone with land and farms now controls the entire financial market.

Not sure what I should do before Wednesday, buy a bunch of different plays or avoid being in stocks/options entirely. On one hand Jerome dumping the rates could be seen positively and moon stuff further. On the other hand Jerome dumping the rates could be seen negatively and dump stuff hard. Do I just spread my risk by going 25% stocks and short term options and the 75% is cash? I'd rather not go in heavy and it ends up being a repeat of last year where TLT/TMF pumped super hard and then it just dumped despite the necessary stuff happening. And of course the rest of the market just started crabbing for the remainder of 2024 and then entered dump mode in early 2025.

AI won't replace trades.
But AI will replace so many jobs that EVERYONE goes into trades, thus leading to an oversupply of workers.
This is the issue behind "just learn a trade" bullshit that's spreading online everywhere. You gotta be ahead of the curve anon.

What's a career path that AI can't get to for a while? But is also outside the mindset of many people? Likely something face to face. Maybe it isn't prestigious, but it is secure. It will always be in demand. In fact, many people prefer face to face in this field because it carries a certain level of prestige. It also is a field that many people shittalk, thus making it a "buy the dip" career.

You can't look at the dollar price of a stock as any indicator of the actual value of the company. Popular stocks that have a lot of trade volume do splits all the time if the price gets too high, in order to make buying the stock more attractive to retail investors. Amazon's and Apple's stock price was at $1000 a long time ago, before they split it by 10. Same how Nvidia for example did a split 2 or so years ago when their stock price reached $1000.

Look at market cap to determine valuation. Market cap is current share price multiplied by total outstanding shares. NVDA's share price is ~190, but it's the most valuable company in the world at a 4.65T market cap, 10x more valuable than e.g. NFLX which has a significantly higher share price.

They mainly do it so retail investors have an easier time buying the stock. If Amazon was at $2300 a share right now, a lot of regular people would be priced out from buying even a single share each month and most people don't like buying fractional shares. Rheinmetall and companies like that have much higher institutional ownership and much lower trade volume, so it doesn't matter for them nearly as much.
>>
>>61211631
>>61211640
Amazon’s forward PE is at a historical low. The stock is way over sold as well.

Lower stock prices make it easier for the stock to be manipulated due to how options work, but also add a bit of price because of this.
There are certain "prestige" stocks that don't want to participate in the games.
Lindt stock (the one on their actual exchange) is like $17,000 a share.

I refuse to believe that Paypal is a value trap. A PE ratio of 13 is fucking ridiculous for a company with that much market share, active users and that is still growing in high single digits. It'll probably dump again today, but eventually Paypal will have its AMD moment.

Last time I ordered something from them I was very dissapointed, nothing like the picture on the ad, pretty sure it wasn't brand new because it had some scratches, broke with barely any use.
>>
>>61211757
Rates coming down means inflation is stabilizing, means less need to hedge with gold

I know it seems backwards but that’s how it be.
Gold will spike hard after the initial part of a crash though.
It’s complicated. I like Gold, but it’s currently priced like the USD is imploding when that won’t happen for another cycle.

They also own Venmo and Braintree which is the backbone of Apple Wallet and Google Pay. There is a lot of competition but in the way mom and pop stores are competition to Walmart.

Also with the cash flow and earnings growth it has it could be a semen slurping business for all it matters they just print money. Five years from now they will be looked at the same way we look at the Mag 7 they just need to keep pulling away. At a forward P/E of like 14 still too even with the pump.
