World is fucked most likely. Even without the climate change cultism, the level of pollution and destruction of our natural environment have damaged the earth irreparably. On the topic of coal, I wonder if there are any plays to be made on Australia coal. My understanding has been that with the world moving off coal, Australia was screwed because they have some of the largest coal reserves and sat on them too long, lots of the mining companies have struggled. But the US will be buying coal from somewhere to power these reactivated and refurbished plants. With all the recent US/Australia collaboration I wonder if a coal deal has been discussed

What sort of news can happen this weekend that sends the markets soaring to the heavens
>>
>>61236549
>SLS shill is back
First explain what happened to SLS
>>
>>61236668
There's nothing to explain, it's a binary play
The meeting was bullish, but it ironically made be bearish due to some happening on it
The 80th could happen any time now
If sucess, easy 30+ per share
If fails it goes back to cents

It's an extremely high risk play so I wouldn't recommend putting much on it. my nov and dec options got fucked. but luckily I made some profit with my 27 options and mostly went all in SNDX as I believe it's the safer play and I'll put back into SLS later.

Yes I understand leverage decay but just holding shit as it goes up is fuckin great. You don't have to think about 'the next play' you just vibe. You could even do plays by selling some of your principal and swinging in and out of shit like bynd or ipos like figma. Anything is better than just sitting on my dick freaking out while NVDX goes 4x in 4 months.
>>
>>61236757
Depends in ur risk
I think SNDX is better play and much safer here imo.
SLS is a good play and can 10x but there's a big risk of it flopping. Honestly I've gotten bearish after seeing that dumb fuck CEO and what the KOL's said in the meeting, while extremely bullish. have made me doubt on GPS as that greek doctor said incorrect things. If the drug was SLS009 i'd have full ported but GPS is risky.
if u have any short term options like dec/nov, easily sell because there's a high chance they'll expire worthless
>>
>>61236770
Hmm understood thanks. I forgot about the meeting and only realized this morning it happened on the 29th lol
>>
>>61236751
earnings on tuesday. should clear up the financial picture and i imagine they'll offer upbeat guidance.
>>
>>61236782
Angelos the greek fuck diluted two days before which made me even more bearish In addition to that. But the meeting, overall. was very bullish. But as I said the greek KOL literally said bullshit about the patient population. I was very bullish on SLS before that but after this dilution and those two faggot greeks overall, I couldn't really risk 80% of my port.

a better and safer way to play SLS is to play the 80th event

basically buy feb/march options at this decline, and (hopefully) a small pump will happen when the 80th event is PR'd but the results are not announced (results will take few weeks according to what the PR guy told me on email). Then sell on that small (?) pump.
>>
>>61236794
a better way is to buy shares btw, and sell at 2.10-2.20 which i think will happen with 80th event PR.
That's what I would do if i was going to continue playing SLS imo.
If my sndx play hits, then I'll buy a good position for 27 just in case that I don't mind losing.

>>61236806

>>
>>61236870
Nobody knows
the "event" here is death. So we're waiting for the death of either the last 80th patient or 60th-80th etc. Though I think we're at 78 minimum. Trial is blinded.
However the math says it should be any day now as both GPS and BAT are approaching high numbers.
As I said the safest is to sell and play this >>61236804
if u really want to play SLS for easy 15-30% gain but it's not guaranteed since the CEO is a faggot and Anson are scumbags.

Good luck anon!
>>

>>
Idk naruto brah. This R&d event made me hella bullish on sellas.
The R&D talk was a bunch of nerd shit for doctors. They knew normies wouldn't understand so best issue a dilution/warrants to build up cash to cushion for a longer trial run or FDA approval.

GPS has won anyway.

Last patient enrolled on apr 2024
60th event/death: Jan 2025

All the chemo/control arm patients are ded by now. Survival is 8mo at best

Only patients on GPS remain.

If we hear about the 80th event in the next few months then GPS will be as good as expected on phase 2.

The longer we get to wait the better GPS performs and the bigger the payout.

Then I APE the rest of my paycheck into voo and repeat the cycle in a few weeks
>>
>>61236937
As I said it's very bullish, I don't disagree on it.

However there are two things that made me turn bearish and minimize my risk

>The company, despite having a "robust balance sheet" as directly said by Angelos, has decided to dilute not once but twice. For over 22% of the company in two months.

f you had a robust balance sheet after the September dilution, why dilute more instead of waiting? You already had over a year of cash runway.

This is an extreme red flag. If you think about it logically, why would he need to dilute? Especially since GPS data is coming end of year and they had cash flow for another year. And he can dilute for hundreds of millions for a fraction of the % after GPS data? He's either stupid and gave free 2 billion in valuation for Anson/Highbridge for 55 million. Or SLS wants to derisk from GPS failure.
He could have waited and diluted 10% for 10+ years of runway and maybe commercialization too.

>Also, The KOL's. they either lied or are misinformed. For example: in the phase 2 trial in CR1, they claim that patients were not eligible for transplant, but if you look at the study, some patients actually received a salvage transplant. The reported median overall survival of 67 months is actually calculated from when patients entered CR1, not from when they started the vaccine. They also claim that median OS in CR1 for transplant-ineligible patients is 18–24 months, but it can actually be much higher (see another study with a WT1 vaccine in CR1 patients: The median OS was 38.5 months and 31 months in the OCV-501 arm and placebo arm). OCV-501 failed its trials, by the way.

Also, I don't see how BAT can be 8 without the trial halting. IDMC has not halted even once. If GPS has such overwhelming efficacy, I would have expected a halt for efficacy in the August review at most. But it has not happened. This is likely what scared Angelos to dilute twice in a row.

Fucked up my quote but eh.
>>
Also I still think SLS is a good play for the buyout chance, but I don't think it's a guaranteed hit anymore. I don't like the management at all.
As I said I'll get back with a bigger position if my SNDX play hits and SLS has still not had its 80th event. with something I can afford to lose if it goes south.
>>
>>61236937
>If we hear about the 80th event in the next few months then GPS will be as good as expected on phase 2.
BAT 8 is impossible and will not happen
GPS is likely higher than 26 (Phase 2 was 21)

The patient population is different. According to the pic attached, It's very likely GPS succeeds. But as I said I don't really like the fact that IDMC has not halted and the unnecessary dilutions. There is something wrong here and I don't like it imo. Maybe I'm wrong though.
Also the 60th happened in Dec 10-13 2024. The data was released in jan.
>>
Lel, Ocv-501 failed phase2 trials. It was a shit medication.
>>
>>61236996
Idk what that shit means.

All I know is current BAT is equivalent to Hiroshimifing your body. <10% people survive 2nd remission for more than a year on BAT without transplant.

People survive more than a year on GPS without nukes.

I was over at my dads house today helping with some household chores. He lives in a very rural area of a very red state. At the end of the work we went to one of the nearby country bars. It’s the kind of place that farmers, truckers, legit cowboy boot wearers and the working class go to unwind with a cold one.

Vice President Harris was on the TV and the local gun store owner said to his auto mechanic (friends since high school),

“You know what? She ain’t so bad. The economy is recovering, nobody’s rioting, and we’re standing up on the world stage again. Can’t believe I’m saying this but Ol’ Oakland Kam’s got my vote this year.”

I looked around and all I saw were heads nodding in agreement. I heard a few calls of “Yes sir” and “Damn Straight” from the men around me. Even saw the lonely ball cap wearing farmer in the corner raise his drink with a nod.

Boomers are dying out, immigration is being phased out, the western world is preparing for a Japanification and automation of the economy. AI will replace office desk jobs while human are pushed more and more into manual jobs that robots just can't do - from nursing the elderly to farming. We are preparing for a population shrink. The next logical step for a high market cap company is to follow suit of the Mag 7: trim off dead weight by use of high computational power whether that means replacing part of or the entire HR dept at a company or using “quantum” computing to process extremely large data sets in science, medical, economics, virtually any industry. Companies will begin renting CPU’s in place of paying some Phd’s at $240k a year/ ea and get the output desired on the data sets in a far shorter time as well as the ability to capitalize on research results far quicker. The next “internet” boom is upon us. Not all will make it. Much like your NetScapes of yesteryear. Be competitive or die. At any rate next year is going to be money hand over fist.

If this is your opinion as of today. Perhaps you are correct. Though I don’t give a shit about LLM’s in current day. I am speaking in broader terms of what is likely going to happen in 2026 through the year. It would be rather short-sided to think that what is available today will be it forever. The writing is in the wall that “AI and Quantum computing” will be the next frontier.

If any company can get rid of their workforce by 5 - 10% by using models or enterprise level software, they will. What we will see will make MatLab, ArcGIS and other data processing workhorses look primitive. Humans will be replaced no doubt. Saddle up your horses.

bynd is coming back and the negativity here just highlights the short term thinking and inability to stomach volatility /smg/ has. the company is in much better position now that it's debt has been renegotiated, their path to profitability is much easier now, and they bought at least 5 years of time to reach it. the brand is popular and well-liked, even more so now with the free publicity as a meme stock. your personal opinion doesn't matter, it's the aggregate market, another thing /smg/ has to learn. it already has a deal with mcdonalds, nuggies in europe, and has had deals with other major vendors like carls jr, panda express, kfc. they continue to release new products, and fake meat is a rapidly growing market, both for lifestyle reasons and health reasons. the stock has been trading down for less than two weeks. it's not fun to hold through that kind of volatility but truthfully it's meaningless, a permanent deal with panda express, chipotle, mcdonalds, taco bell sets them up for success, makes this a 10 billion dollar company easily.
this whole saga illustrates everything that's wrong with /smg/, fear and schadenfreude, short-sightedness, solipsism, prejudice and hate, and arrogance. it's why you will all remain poor, why you continuously make bad financial decisions, and why you always miss the boat.

Unironically thinking of throwing 100 bucks in because these stupid kinds of plays always randomly pump on events like earnings. Earnings will be shit but people will fomo in probably.

Yeah that’s my reasoning too like there’s little upside to keep shorting but massive potential downside and expectations are super low so anything positive will rocket the price up maybe back to $2-$3 but at the end of the day it’s still just a gamble

It’s weird the last 5 years minus COVID it was bustling in my neighborhood but this year it was dead silent. Slightly cooler outside than normal but still kinda eerie

Dunno, ever since then its been happening more frequently. Specifically when I'm nervous or flustered.

Was also thinking of putting like 100 bucks on the Virginia attorney general race on Jones. Miyares is up in the polls but democrats cheat+va is a blue state due to all the government workers so I feel like there's a good chance Jay "shoot the republican children until their parents ban guns" Jones will win in an upset.

because the recruiter doesnt know anything. everything needs to be spelled out for them.

i make 150k a year with a 15% profit sharing bonus. you can take other peoples resume advice if you like.
>>
>>61238727
> i had a friend in HR review mine and it ends up it was bad formatting, not enough info, etc.

Same shit for me. My experience was actually good. I just came off like an illiterate retard. Fixing my resume elevated my game immensely. I went from only getting interviews and call back for blue collar shit to white collar office work solely back cleaning my resume up.
>>
>>61238867
No one gambling on UUUU is making 150k a year.

Fidelity has been emailing and calling me wanting to help me invest. They have never shilled me like this before. Vanguard was just shilling on /pol/. What is going on? Nomies setting on too much cash or is a crash coming and they want to break us?

I think they do it once you've reached certain $$$ milestones. I just don't answer my phone unless it's someone I know.

Yes, the world has me paranoid as fuck. I assume it's because I am setting on mostly cash at the moment. I just got back to even.
