I bought it in February of this year.

1) I bought it because it was around 20x forward earnings at $110 which i thought was worth the risk/reward.

2) I assumed GPU buyers would not want NVDA to have a monopoly forever. I assumed GPU buyers would prop up AMD at worst.

That was the thesis.

SCHD, DGRO are the only dividend stocks worth a damn because theyre actual fucking dividends and not just distributions. when in a retarded bullmarket you can add some NEOS funds and JEPQ.

The only kikes I "trust" are JPM.
They seem to realize that the only thing that can provide unlimited "growth" is bitfuck. Thats why they are ok with using it as collateral.
Keep in mind these jews kiked the fuck out of the government in '08 and to this day haven't properly paid back their bailout (that they didn't need).
Bitfuck is the only sustainable ponzi.
Objectively there is a limited supply. All it takes for it to be more "valuable" is numbers on a screen.
Bitcunt doesnt need to build data centers or have growing earnings to increase in "value".
I think it will rocket up to 130k in just two more weeks.
The problem bitnigger has right now is all that faggot chink and the exchanges in general.
I think black rock and nigdelity are ok with the price dumps since they get to accumulate cheaper, but eventually I do see big kike taking over bitpiss and it would turn into something like a bond or stock.
Also its the only thing with high upside that isnt at an unsustainable ATH.
Fanny nigger may is a different play.
Each share of common stock give you the right, but not obligation, to ejaculate deep inside Scott bussyants colon.

Anyone else having the premonition the stock market will explode (in a good sense) next week? If I scroll through my YT feed I see nothing but videos of people being bullish and exploiting the current dip, announcing their big moves, and institutions like Goldman Sachs explaining how we actually aren't in a bubble compared to Dotcom or 2008.

Nope, this week I clicked on more bearish than bullish videos. It's a real vibe shift.

Why December? Q4 earnings I'd believe, but why in a few weeks?

I ran a few sentiment checks. It's still predominantly fear in the retail space. No matter how i vary it. Over 70%

Personally I entered in the morning, sold at 10:30 and re-entered at exact 3:59pm.

Today being flat with a slight uptick reflected institutional caution i believe and lower retail activity (educated guess).

Monday will be what people want it to be. They will latch on to any news story from the weekend. No news means continued slight green.

Man, watching that 1987 movie made me realize something; the old days seemed more...relaxed, simple even? Yeah it was a comedy but the atmosphere felt more welcoming compared to 2020s bullshit.

Also adults actually looked and acted like, well, adults. No girls with tattoos everywhere, guys that dress in clown pajamas, no obnoxious phones and social media tech obsession in sight.

If the AI bubble explodes and takes down 90% of tech bullshit with it, I wouldn't make taking a break and living back in pre-2000s era kind of environment again.

Depends on what you're buying really.

Straight up shorting equities all the time is unfathomably retarded, yes. But you can be a "permabear" in that you specialise in trading mispriced put options for companies that everyone expects to keep going up.
At the end of the day market direction doesn't matter for these contracts, only the price. If there's a 99% chance a company goes up but the options are priced like there's a 99.5% chance it will go up then you can take advantage of this and make a long term profit. It's all about EV and pricing and not about trying to win every bet.

I'd say be cautious before you acquire a large stake in that. You should really inform yourself how the Chinese stock market works. Unlike in the West, it's mainly retail. Like, Yang from rural Sichuan province is a bigger factor than some finance firms in Shanghai trading it. So the market's really unpredictable and prone to rapid collapses. And the West does pay attention to Tencent, but it doesn't pay attention to Bilibili, which is a bit of a stabilizing force.

VITAL SUSTENANCE
November 15
Those of us who have come to make regular use of prayer would no more do without it than we would refuse air, food, or sunshine. And for the same reason. When we refuse air, light, or food, the body suffers. And when we turn away from meditation and prayer, we likewise deprive our minds, our emotions, and our intuitions of vitally needed support.

TWELVE STEPS AND TWELVE TRADITIONS, p. 97

Step Eleven doesn't have to overwhelm me. Conscious contact with God can be as simple, and as profound, as conscious contact with another human being. I can smile. I can listen. I can forgive. Every encounter with another is an opportunity for prayer, for acknowledging God's presence within me.

Today I can bring myself a little closer to my Higher Power. The more I choose to seek the beauty of God's work in other people, the more certain of His presence I will become.

Today's reflection hits me hard. I am often dismissive of others as a function of selfishness and social anxiety. That is one of my character defects. I tell myself and others that I'm working on it but I'm really not. I come late and leave early. I avoid. Before I can be fully realized I need to more humbly approach Step Three and make a conscious effort to make decisions that my Higher Power would make for me. He wants me to be right with myself, to be right with others. With enough practice, I may be a trader who intuitively knows what is right and wrong, rather than a trader who constantly tries to avoid the wrong moves. Think about today's reflection anon, maybe you are in my place or maybe you are further along. In any case we are gonna make it if we let go and let God.

they want people talking about it so that it lingers subconciously that the people harvesting 50% of everybodies money annually are some of the worst people. revelation of the method, it becomes normalized. if you were king would you rather have your subjects not know you were scum but have a chance of finding out, or have them know from the beginning but not do anything about it? soviet propaganda/modern advertising are somewhat similar in that it's not necessarily to get everyone to believe but saturate it to the extent you can't get away and must passively accept it.

I get the feeling the "AI bubble" hype was the shorters cashing in, soon the market will surge into December, maybe January, and AI will be the main reason again. DOD/NSA is still spenind on data centers for military/intelligence to use against citizens and other countries so there should still be more spending on nuclear, gas turbines, gas pipelines, power generation.

I listened to their earnings report and read some of their propaganda. They report they are signing deals to provide service and building the sats as fast as possible, but now their problem is there is not heavy lift capacity to launch all the larger sats into space. They were hoping to launch 8 at a time with New Glenn but there are many delayas and not enough launches. SpaceX can launch 2 ASTS sats at a time. Stock has pulled back 35% because of the delays, its a great buying opportunity provided they can lauch 60 sats in 2026 which looks doubtful. I think the price will tank more in early 2026 because of the continuing delays.

>>61329986
Dogshit returns mostly, but I'm europoor and there are local corporate bonds between 10 to 12 % yield quite often, usually real estate developers. Have to look at their balance sheet etc to gauge risk, usually I don't really see any risk even if the development fails. I guess the risk premium is more for institutions that fear a total collapse like 2008. Retail can get in on the gains due to that fear.

It's incredibly, unimaginably expensive to develop and fabricate cutting edge chips and makes little business sense unless you are getting money from hundreds or thousands of other chipmakers to make their stuff like TSMC or you just sell so many chips it can effectively offset the costs. This used to apply to Intel, I dont think it ever applied to amd.

Bonds are for corporate and government sized obligations. Unless you're sitting on hundreds of millions or billions of dollars that are in need of capital preservation there is almost no justifiable reason to purchase bonds. Bonds don't build wealth, they break even or very slowly lose to inflation. Even if you had a 200 year time horizon you wont get anywhere with bonds. That's not really their purpose anyway.

the big issue with bonds is they don't compound, even if you bought 30 year bonds at the picotop of the 80's yield spike and got 15% returns, you're getting absolutely shit stomped by someone getting 10% compounding interest in the same period with the same amount of cash.

The only use of bonds for a normal person is using sgov as a higher yielding, more tax efficient version of a savings account.

A simple way. Would be. If you invested 10k in 2020. And it’s now 20k. You sell 10k. But don’t do it until you have a plan as to what you want to do with the taken profit. Aka. Enjoy it. Reinvest it. Rotate into another potentially growing area.

you actually can't do that, but the idea you can helps some gamblers cope.

Why is TMF down?
Shouldn't it be up because rates are going to be cut?
Or maybe the market thinks the rates are not gonna be cut?

I see alot of SCHD anger in these threads.
And I see its down a fair amount this year.

But doesn't that mean its the time to buy more?

Also,
Why does SPMO sound too good to be true?

I made a call option in Gold on a 20x leverage.
Right before it fucking crashed and burned... of course. I think that was Thursday?
I was -85% yesterday. When I saw it I had a panic attack. My 20x leverage turned to a 130x leverage.
My KO is $4022. I think we are at $4080 or so right now? So if Gold drops another 1-2% or so, I am done and will lose it all.
I put an incredible amount of money it it, for my circumstances, around $1500. If I lose it all, I'll end my shit. I am scared to look at my portfolio come Monday. I don't think I'll make it.

I would consider PYPL the only worthwhile option in that list. UPS is going to get hammered a little more with dividend cuts and debt.
And why the fuck invest in clothing

I am betting we do not. Looking for a 7-8% dip from ATH to enter again. Sold my longs this Thursday, almost all at a loss (DELL anon, show yourself!!). There’s too much fear for any real pumping to take place rn. I certainly wouldn’t touch small caps in any shape for the next 12 months at least. I mean look how fucked they are and the market sentiment. HIMS under $40 despite good earnings. BULL under ipo price. Small/medium/large SaaS’ performing like dog shit too. Sentiment has changed bigly since end of October. If we get a severe dip and rebound it’s all index plays for me.

I've been watching HIMS since the fucking thing was at $15 and still kick myself for not pulling the buy trigger.
Currently have a pretty big play on FUBO but the fact the Disney NewCo merge with HULU still has this fucking thing listed as a penny stock makes me fucking seethe.
Like I know we'll rebound, I just don't want to baghold for six months waiting for everything to recover. I'm so tired of this song and dance bros.

Belive it or not I think BYND stock still has a future. These billionaires are hellbent on getting us to eat fake meat they"re hard-up for it. The company only has 1.3b debt, that's manageable. They've never done a reverse stock-split, that's good. The only problem is people dont buy it. It would take some kind of apocalyptic scenario where regular meat became inedible for the stock to go up, just like the incident coming out of NJ where a person died from a tick allergy in their meat from bioengineerered ticks.
