Europoor here. I got tired of the VAT Devil making stacking a lamer experience. So I went and tested the antique/coin collector markets and here are my lessons to share:

Price: I feel like a retard for ever paying VAT... I paid 140 USD for these 7 coins (shipping included) which is 15-20$ BELOW melt value!

Experience: The package came fast and the packaging was very professional; bubble wrapped, labeled, double paper bagged.
The site had already sold out most 999 and 1 oz coins. The amount of demand seems extremely high, you might have to be fast.

Quality: Those 3 Beethoven coins are pristine, I am happy I picked up the last ones they had, the Swedish sterling coins are looking a bit soiled, as if stored badly at one point, but the effort to keep them with the their labels could still make them actually collectible.

Verdict: If I wanted to buy the same amount from Tavex (although the purity is higher) we are looking at 300 USD with shipping vs the 140 I paid.
Buying used not only avoids tax/premiums but also might land you something collectible that will keep value better.

The coinage is a great tool for propaganda. Notice the pivot away from the WW2 era to something a little more traditional. They likely expect turmoil and they want to reach back to something more aesthetic instead of the U.S. balkanizing.
"Liberty over tyranny" - These phrases are nauseating. Our country is be looted by Joligarchs and half of our rights are gone. Sort of a joke.

That liberty sculpt is beautiful. The eagle looks great.
We've had so many garbage coins lately. Especially those hideous quarters. It has all the hallmarks of proper American coinage except for the fact it's gonna be cupronickel.
It'll make a nice silver round. If anyone makes those I might pick a few up if they're still available at a fiat price I can afford.
>>
>>61479528
It'll be a good relic of some of the last times before sound money rises again
That and I wouldn't be surprised if a similar/same silver version was made
Seen it happen before with other circulating coin designs even if it was as a round instead
>>
>>61479536
AFAIK getting actual coins from, say, a bank is pretty much impossible.
Most bullion coins -are- legal tender to be taken at face value. For example, philarmonics are 1.50 eur. However, good luck getting those at anything below spot + VAT.
I haven't come across to anything like that anon over there, with the numis, at those prices. I don't know.

I thought I saw an article where JPMorgan closed their short and went long. So it appears on the surface that whatever measures were being used to tamp the price are being adjusted if not removed. They may be letting off steam to defend the short position at a more tenable level because I don't think they would allow a runaway silver price until shit truly breaks down. The profitability of the mining sector at this levels will assist in opening up unprofitable mines etc to help with supply issues.

no matter how rich an Indian is, they are still below Mexicans and Iranians when it comes to woman's preference. Small penis Indians are upset that white man is buying all the physical silver and doesn't care about digital 1's and 0's . We're experiencing a perfect storm for silver. It will go to $100 before it goes back to $30.
>INDUSTRIAL SILVER BUYERS ARE ABOUT TO PANIC

>For years, manufacturers viewed silver as a plentiful industrial input.
>At $20–$40/oz, they could delay purchases, shop around, and assume supply was always available.
> That mindset is now breaking.
>At $60+, a psychological shift is happening on factory floors and in procurement offices.
> They’re realizing:
>Annual demand already nearly equals mine supply.
>Above-ground inventories are tight and largely owned by ETFs, not industry.
>New mines take 5–10 years to permit and build.

>What comes next:
>Panic inventory building — buying ahead, not just in time.
>Strategic off-take deals and equity investments in miners to secure future supply.
>Bidding wars for physical metal between tech, solar, auto, and defense contractors.

>This is operational demand — where lack of silver means halted production lines.
>That creates a price-insensitive, urgent buyer that doesn’t appear on speculative charts.

>The Bottom Line:
>When industrial users shift from just-in-time to just-in-case buying, the silver market will experience a demand shock unlike any in decades. The clock is ticking.

A parasitoid is an organism, typically an insect, whose larva develops by feeding on the body of a single host, eventually killing it. The key difference from a true parasite lies in the outcome for the host. While a parasite lives in or on its host and benefits at the host's expense, it generally does not kill the host as its own survival depends on the host's survival.
>Size. Parasitoids are usually smaller than their selected host.
>Selectivity. They only attack a particular life stage of one or several closely related species

He's right. The ultimate trajectory may be up, but the global monetary system is dependent on PMs remaining suppressed at a stable level. You do need to be mentally prepared if the international trading partners all come together on a 5 year plan and things cool down for 5 more years. Everyone saw 2008 coming and it spiked and formed a 17 year long handle on the "cup and handle formation".
The single biggest reason you never give financial advice to friends and family is they have concept of risk management and how to build a portfolio. I'm a perma bull who thinks my PM stack is the endgoal of all investing, but everyone needs to respect that we're at an All time high for metals, and despite what PM pundits say on youtube we could easily crab for a year+ just as likely as we could run off to $100. Regardless of what you choose to do or your opinions are, everyone needs to keep their head in the game and be careful about FOMOing into an asset class that is historically suppressed and especially at the all time highs.

Okay. This video is an absolute fucking must watch. Andrew Maguire. Some may know him. Former whistleblower in the metals trading market. He’s the dude who ratted out JPM. From 26:02 he gives a complete breakdown of what happened during the CME outage. In detail. Pretty much what we suspected. And that the 24 billion that was accessed from the report was an emergency bailout for likely JPM as China stopped playing games a d started demanding its leased metal back after continuous rollovers.

The section is 10 minutes but you should watch the whole thing and make Andrew required viewing.

Summary (26:02–34:06) – Andrew Maguire on the Silver Market Collapse & Chinese Takeover (Dec 2025)

Black Friday 2025 marked the end of 50 years of Western silver price suppression. A massive SGE (Shanghai) physical buy order (1,140+ tons demanded for immediate delivery, exceeding position limits) hit the COMEX right after Thanksgiving. Combined with PBOC/SGE calling in leased silver and standing for record December deliveries, it triggered an automated 10-hour CME trading halt to prevent an LBMA/COMEX force-majeure default.
This was a deliberate Beijing “hurt-and-rescue” operation. The halt froze shorts while spot silver kept rising in London, blowing out backwardations to $7,000+/contract in places. The $4 billion (possibly $10 billion without intervention) unallocated SLV/OCC short hole could not be filled with freshly printed repo dollars because there is simply no physical silver left at these prices.
China is now openly draining the West:
• Calling all leased silver home to restock 15-year warehouse lows
• Imposing full export lockdowns from January 2026
• All future BRICS silver trade will be licensed only inside the SGE corridor
The COMEX “gearbox blew up permanently”; depleted registered inventories and open interest mean the West has lost pricing power. Every global bullion bank is now long physical/ETF silver for house and client accounts; only the Fed’s OCC-linked naked shorts remain exposed.
Result: silver has broken a 15-year cap and is in a vertical short-squeeze phase with all-time high daily fixes. Maguire sees $140+ silver as the next staging post (not a top) by end-Q1 2026, driven by physical shortage + BRICS demand.
In short: China just took the silver gloves off after taking gold in 2024. The Western paper silver market is finished.

The March open interest has now risen to 134,000 contracts. That’s a mix of shorts and long contracts amounting to 670,000,000 ounces of silver. The record is 180,000.

1980 and 2011 records were at that. March is shaping up to be the bomb. And it’s still growing.

The danger retail doesn't always sense is that the prime brokers probably have access to a lot more data than we do that is probably make some complex calculations. I take it for granted, that the large banks can see when trades get crowded and I imagine they know this may be the perfect time to crush some small fish who see the strength in silver wanting to play in the futures market who get insta-margin called. Who the hell wants to keep a cratering long futures contract open over the weekend? This is definitely a move to take the wind out of the sales, and I think it is contrived price action.

At some point. The short positions will have to cover. Or come to some resolution with those who want the silver they ordered. Tens of billions in losses. Unless they somehow drive it down to 25 dollars with no supply around (how?).

I can see the CME defaulting and going offline. The real price discovery in silver will occur on the spot.

At some point, a combination of a short squeeze, industrial users stockpiling and investors stacking means >$100/oz
>>
>>61480496

Nearly the entire mined supply of silver in a year is apparently wanting to be delivered. Those who short sold it/leased it. Down around what? 20-30 dollars. Need to somehow come up with several hundred million ounces but buy it now at 60 dollars and still rising. To get that much silver would require the price going to 100+ to shake it onto the market. And they have to pay the difference.

Now there are also lots of other derivative bets which may collapse. See the video above I posted for explanation.

Those slams you see in the silver market. Are coordinated dumping of paper silver (no physical backing or one ounce backing 100 paper ounces). The hope is to use the weight to make buyers (longs) back out because they are price sensitive or think they will get it cheaper later. Allowing the dumpers to cover and buy back the physical to cover their shorts. But only works when they can consistently drive the market down when the demand for actual metal is low and it’s just paper speculators.

The market is changing. And increasingly people don’t care about a 3 dollar fall. Because they want custody and don’t trust paper promises or know what’s coming. And when the music stops. Those holding the paper promises of silver will see their counterparty is bust.

Just stay away from ETFs. That’s where all the missing, leased 10x over silver is missing from. Probably have a 10:1 ratio of actual metal owned to paper (leased out) silver on their books. They have been acting as fractional reserve silver banks. Not trusts with allocated metal.

It’s hard to so. They are all so interconnected, leveraged. The contagion is potentially everywhere. Hence the need to own your own metal. And be your own central bank.

Several billion dollars worth of silver shorts have to either pay more money to roll them over to a future date, or they have settle in cash at a premium, or buy silver from a shrinking pool of remaining available bars.

The price could easily go up to three digits.

There's over a billion oz of short positions and under 6 billion oz of silver above ground, and there is likely not enough available 1000 oz bars to cover all the shorts.

Three fifty price drop in 30 minutes. The good news is this is shaking out the weak hands. The better news is stackers get a tiny reprieve.

>>
>>61480784

It’s a volatile market. If you’re new to silver and gold. You have to get to know the details about the battle between those who want sound money backed by gold. And the financiers who hate that because it doesn’t allow them to cream all the wealth off with interest (modern coin clipping).

Theres a war going on also between east and west over whether their new gold backed system will win out. Or western banking system that’s debt based will. It’s important because who controls what money is will control the future, governments and wars. It’s a rabbit hole basically.

But volatility means they are losing control of metal pricing. And confidence in their paper based system that’s constantly being debased and the skim passed up to a tiny elite.

My take on silver price is that silver is correcting itself to the true or historical ratio, if gold remains at 4200 to 4300, that means we are going to see 250$ - 300$, unless a world wide event or devastating event makes them sky rocket. If gold reaches 10k, that mean silver is at 600$ - 700$

Those shorting silver with paper (remember there’s hundred of paper silver ounces for every actual silver ounce). Have kept rolling over the silver they have to deliver because they can’t get any of that volume. Maybe 600,000,000 ounces. That’s nearly a full years supply (magic of paper manipulation). So they bought tens of billions at say 25 dollars hoping it would fall. But now have to deliver it at 60 dollar plus. Big loss. What’s more. If they have to go out and actually buy that much. It would drive the price up near 100. Making their losses potentially catastrophic to the banks itself that’s doing all this short paper manipulation.

That’s why they pulled the plug on the CM exchange on thanksgiving. That was settlement day. Some huge buyer tired of the excuses. And demand silver. Over 100 tons. And they had to close to avoid a default for someone while they struck some sort of deal to buy time.

So it’s all getting pushed back to March. But the silver isn’t there. Certainly not at 60 dollars an ounce nobody is gonna sell that much. So they are stuck. And kicking the can down the road.

Not image is contracts. Each contract is 5000 ounces.

Start watching Arcadia Economics Vince Lansi daily rundown on YouTube. You’ll get the hang of what’s going on. Also do a bit of ai search for the terms you will see mentioned here.

You are prob More familiar with stocks. Now imagine you want to buy a stock of Apple. But the market has 100 paper promises of 1 Apple stock owed against every actual Apple share. You’ll get the idea how there is scope for price manipulation then.
