>Some Oracle Data Centers for OpenAI Delayed to 2028 From 2027
>The delays are largely attributed to a lack of sufficient labor and necessary construction materials. There have also been warnings that potential energy-related delays could jeopardize the entire deal for a data center in Michigan.
>The news of potential delays, coupled with higher-than-expected capital expenditures ($50 billion from an earlier forecast of $35 billion) and lower-than-expected cloud sales in its latest earnings report, has heightened investor anxiety. This has led to a significant drop in Oracle's stock, as investors question the timeline for the AI investments to become profitable.

Oracle didn't beat on earnings it was financial massaging without the sale of their stake in Ampere their EPS was $1.33 which is lower than the projected $1.64 they also have mountains of debt with negative free cash flow and decreasing revenue from their existing software business(Down 21%) with increased borrowing which is why Oracle's credit was downgraded a few months ago and the banks who put together some of their loans are taking out credit default swaps as they fully expect them to default on the loan

Broadcom projected $73 billion over the next six quarters of which Anthropic alone is $21 billion of those sales over the next four quarters which means their sales are relatively flat and not the type of growth investors had expected which means the stock is overvalued hence the dump

Actual depression is indeed a bitch. I used to be like most people here believing it's a made up disease (I still believe 99% of "self diagnosed" shit is made up). But after burning out from work last year and suffering from what multiple doctors have called "severe treatment-resistant depression" since, I can tell it's indeed very real.
Exercise may help some people, but some people who already exercised it only makes everything worse. I used to bench 3 plates for 5x5 but depression causes my brain to hurt now just thinking about a barbell (I still go to the gym, but only lift like 40% of what I used to).

You know you can put stop orders in the money, not just to prevent a loss, right?

Eg. If you buy something for 100, then it goes to 150, so you're fine with selling, but have a tingling that it might still go up further, you don't have to immediately close the position, you can put a stop at something like 145 which basically says:

>I could take the $50 profit, but I'm locking in $45 instead, and potentially paying $5 to participate in case it keeps running.

Bears have been slobbering for a crash ever since they shorted the bottom in April, but longer term they also shorted the bottom in 2022 and got wiped so they're perpetually salty. Therapy is useless. Therapists smile and nod and give you the same bullshit answers that don't address the underlying problems. Set your own goals and hold yourself to them. Make them small so they're not overwhelming. Goy pills are okay if you need a boost, but they don't typically do anything but give you energy and occasional suicidal ideations. It's a band-aid at best, and a dirty used band-aid you found on the ground at worst.

That shit pisses me off. I have a neighbor that rides his for hours and revs it constantly. Seems to just stay on the residential street like he's avoiding cops. He drives recklessly, high speeds, even with crowds of children nearby and even in the dark with 0 lights. He's the type that will cause an accident eventually and cry foul if he's the one injured or run away if he's the one who causes a death. Pisses me off

I had a major depressive episode after I finished college and was working on my own business, it began to fail just as I left college (I was running it 3 years prior whilst in HS) and the shock of turning down uni (with zero funding needed due to gov assistance) sent me very depressed.

I could barely do anything, I manage to soilder though, took about 6 months. The thing that took the depression away was a gf I met though my work, and we built much of the company togather for that time. I often wounder if she fucked me over would I have blew my brains out. Being so young probally would of had a very very negative impact. But no she stuck with me and for that, she is the only ex I have deep respect for. I wish we were still a thing sometimes, I have a new one & she shows complete disinterest in my work, thats good & bad at same time I suppose.

They pulled the plug on thanks giving on CME because some huge customer demanded delivery. They didn’t have it. Now it’s all being rolled over to March.

130,000 contracts and growing. 180,000 is the record and has accompanied the last two historic records. That’s 600,000,000 ounces of silver that maybe be stood for delivery in March so far. That’s nearly the world’s mined supply for a year.

Have a watch of this. Pay attention after 20:06.

https://youtu.be/r-fo9niPQJ8?si=t_IZYgYxF2JM482p

Aside from the geopolitical pressures. The credit issues. The fear seeking assets of safety globally that can’t be sanctioned and have no counter party risk. Silver now has a vanilla classic supply and demand crisis looming.

If you’re a stock guy these markets are different. For one thing. For every gold or silver ounce there may be hundreds of paper ounces against it.

Imagine trying to buy Apple stock and there being 100 leases per shares against every one actual Apple share. Welcome to PMs.

This of course has made it possible to manipulate the price for decades to keep it artificially low. But now the repercussions are catching up. Because it’s been so low miners stopped mining it primarily. And is now a byproduct of other metals mostly. So a large deficit has built up and above ground stocks have largely been consumed.

The world needs silver for many reasons. And the demand side means it has to rise now. To encourage more mining. Then there is the precious metals aspect of the metal which is waking up. Store of value and speculation.

I’d say we are 25% into the cycle. Peaks in two years. IF they upgrade the mines and refineries to meet demand. That will take at least 2-3 years.

So I’m expecting to sell in a year at about 150. But of course nobody knows the future. And we’ve not seen a genuine shortage in a critical precarious metal with these geopolitical, monetary, economic and supply factors. Not in living memory anyway.

Nta but I dont need to read all this, I already know the paper market for gold and silver is falsified from all the stories Ive seen posted online on 4chan, reddit, and iirc twitter. Its one of those scams that simply doesnt fail because its not allowed to. Playing honestly would force the paper market to up the values of gold and solver. If I was gonna buy gold or silver its the physical good not some paper thats clearly not going to deliver on its promise but instead fallback on a stipulation that allows them to give you paper money instead. With that said dont you have worries of laws being enstated thst take your gold and silver. They've done it a few times across a few countries in the recent past. Like the US with gold where conviently the value of gold was repriced after stealing it all

Well. Consider most of our banks are likely as insolvent as the silver market and silver ETFs.

If you marked there assets to market on their balance sheet. And looked at their liabilities (your assets the deposits). They would go under. Hence the need to print and refloat these assets. Killing the depositors obviously with debasement. Nobody ever asks why these banks just don’t seek some assets to get liquidity instead of going begging for lower rates (more paper). It’s because their balance sheets are dogshit if anyone takes a close look at them and values them properly.

October somehow screwed out of 40% after I was up a bit for the year. Just bought some 690 SPY calls for February, need a safe bet to recoup a bit over the next few weeks.

If you had $1.2m of NLCP right now you'd have over 100 grand after tax and you'd never have to worry about it ever again. You don't need 4m. You just need to buy the best fucking REIT on the market. It just pumped today, so maybe wait for a pull back, but it's STILL yielding over 13% and it's NOT some yieldmax or RMBS capital erosion covered call scheme. It's a legitimate company. Cannabis is a 10 bagger industry. You can make it. I'm not just telling you this either, I own over 250 grand of this shit and I'm going to buy in a few weeks after the pullback. I'm going to buy in the entire way up. Please bro, you don't need to have a shitty life. You can do it.

Trump tweeted about Cannabis. Other than that, normal market action. Don't look for patterns in static.

Could you please talk more about why are you bullish on cannabis? Do you think it's worth buying MSOS? What's your take on possibly more oppressive federal or even state regime? Why are you expecting 12+ month to accumulate? That's not very encouraging.

I'll be happy when the economy just dies. It'll never happen, I don't think it even can happen, but when the value of the dollar plummets to zero I'll finally feel like things can be fixed. Even when it's gone for good I'll have more optimism.

Because there is overwhelming popular support in both parties for legalization or at least medical acceptance at the federal level. That would provide 280 tax exemptions for costs, which would make almost every MSO instantly hyper-profitable.

Also even if literally nothing changes NLCP and IIPR are good buys. They have excellent coverage. Even IIPR with it's defaults, if you actually look into them, aren't bankruptcies just renegotiations. That means they are currently 103% of AFFO with their current dividend, so even if they cut it's still going to be 10-12% and they probably won't. If the rescheduling happens that instantly vanishes and now they're 80% AFFO yielding around 14-15%.

Why am I bullish even if nothing changes? Because Newlake especially is paying A FUCKING 13-14% FUCKING DIVIDEND WITH 78% AFFO AND ZERO LEVERAGE.

Furthermore, Mitch McConnell's retarded ass just closed the hemp loophole in the 2018 farm bill, and hemp is a 28 billion dollar industry. A large part of that will be shunted over to fucking MMJ/Rec. SO EVEN IF NOTHING CHANGES AND NO LOBBYING WORKS THE INDUSTRY WILL MAKE MORE MONEY.

>Why are you expecting 12+ month to accumulate? That's not very encouraging.

That's a level of fucking short-term thinking that indicates you are either 1. Some poor sod who has fallen for the jeet cryptofag brainrot, or 2. You're just retarded. Want to actually make money without gambling? Find a really fucking good thesis with some solid companies in an industry that is on the brink of a bit jump, and DCA in. I did that shit with NVDA, I did it with Gold, I did it with Silver, I did it / am doing it with cannabis, I'm doing it with HOOD, I'm doing it with Monero (that hasn't panned out honestly I've taken a huge L there, 5 years of accumulation for fuck all).

Point is this: accumulate valuable shit that will be more valuable in the future, and when the market moves you'll wake up and realize you just earned $50,000 in 24 hours.
