>>61504826>weapons and ammo ... foraging>fishing gearAt the risk of diverting thread topic, I would caution every anon to NOT rely on fish and game in a crisis situation. During the great depression most migratory waterfowl went nearly extinct from hunting pressure (sandhill cranes, for example, were reduced to about 1000 total individuals). The carrying capacity of the land, untended, is so dramatically below population it beggars belief. My area (ak) is an outlier, certainly, but provides a good example. One acre provides about 10 calories a day usable in terms of game. Ergo, bare minimum 100 acres for one person for just game. The reality is much worse, as this includes wildlife too small to be practical. The carrying capacity of temperate land in neolithic times was, generally, about 1 person per 100-200 acres. If you're relying on that you will starve.

>>61504896>The carrying capacity of the land, untended, is so dramatically below population it beggars belief. My area (ak) is an outlierIt depends hightly on the area. You are 100% correct that some areas are so population dense, like the eastern States and some of the coastal regions, that wild game would be exhausted in months. Also places like southern Ontario and lower mainland BC.Rural western States and places like Alberta and Saskatchewan have huge natural reservoirs of fish and game.In the worst case situation, the first thing people in rural western States need to do is ethnically cleanse all the Californians (and their pets) from their lands.

>>61504990>What is the issue with silver's ATH being the result of market manipulation?Silver (and up until recently gold) has been manipulated DOWN for over 50 years. This was done to protect the confidence in the dollar and by extension, other fiat currencies. That manipulation is ending which is why we're seeing ATHs now, instead of years ago. Nobody is manipulating the price upward.
Whats the current floor for silver?60? Theres no way there isnt a pullback incoming before it goes up to 70
>>61505016>seeing ATHs now,we are still a long way off from ATH when adjusted for inflation.
>>61505003I noticed there's premium compression here in Canada as well. That suggests retail sales are down. Retail isn't driving this market. Whales who demand physical delivery are.

>>61505019>Theres no way there isnt a pullback incoming before it goes up to 70At some point the shorts will capitulate and by closing their positions, cause the price to jump up $5 or $10 in over a day or two. Some of the curent price rise might be attributed to some of the American bullion banks like JPM cutting their losses.

This is suggested by >>61505003 and >>61505032. The breaking of a paper market (that would normally have pullbacks) via physical delivery will, more than likely, have no serious pullbacks. >>61505158>let their ancestral frustration out on america (neo britian) with fentanyl (neo opium)You brought this entirely on yourselves with your war on drugs. You can hide enough carfentanil under a postage stamp to kill 10 people. The chemistry isn't particularly difficult. Maybe we should pass another law. Just give the police enough power to do the job and everything will be fixed.Oh no, we can't legalize drugs because then people would be lying in the streets stoned and causing trouble.>Like we can't be bothered to enforce simple public order offences, so we'll inadvertently create a market for multi billion dollar international criminal organizations, to justify stripping away all civil liberties, financial privacy, and create a surveillance state instead. How about if you find a junkie causing problems you just put the fucker in jail with exponentially longer lengths of time for each subsequent re-offence. Or perhaps a 3 strike law where the third strike is death. How many freedoms do we actually have left to give up as a result of the "war on drugs" which overlaps with the "war on terror".BTW, the war on drugs had the unintended consequence of creating the big pharma monster. Only a few companies were given narcotics licenses because it was easier to regulate a small number of large companies, than a large number of small companies. It's time to expose gold for being manipulated by the jews. They have huge secret vaults full of it. centuries of stolen gold. Here's the plan. we research and keep educating. Every pmg thread should atleast contain one post explaining the Gold monopoly. We expose the golden lie and spook everyone to move into silver. hypothetically, would you care about the price of gold if you knew someone owned 99% of all of it.No, you would realize it's pointless and find a different store of value that couldn't be manipulated so easily. The jews already cornered the gold market centuries ago.Silver is the bullet.

>>61506474If you don't need the money don't sell, certainly don't sell all of it. Many plan on selling directly for assets, land is a stretch today but trading for a vehicle most of us could manage. The amount of purchasing power afforded should increase even with inflation. As we ascend and the world declines it should increasingly be interchangeable with cash and perhaps preferred. Consider if you were to sell for dollars now what would you buy? If nothing what assets do you think are primed to gain value? >>61506486Save up for European legacy coins in average condition, 20 Francs or lira being around $800 and half sovs and Austria ducats and 10 Corona being $500 manageable for most who have the means to save. 5-10 gram bars won't hurt as bad in premiums as smaller sizes. Pesos in smaller denominations can be had for a bit less than these. Otherwise buy silver instead. Gold backs remain an option for poors but the tax is paying twice the price and hoping to recoup it if/when selling as is the meta. You can get old 10-14 kt wedding rings used for half decent prices, I bought one like this and may opt for this as the price goes higher as I have plenty of bars and coins to take the risk but simple jewelry seems to be historically liquid.
>>61506580This fren knows what's up.
>>61506474>cashing outThat's the cool part, you don't. By the time silver reaches its proper value, you will use it to buy things directly.
>>61506554Because they're made of worthless pot metal.
>>61506519You need an exit strategy. For many silver stackers, there are two related strategies. Firstly they rightfully hate fiat. Fiat is the Titanic, gold and silver are the lifeboats. Why would you leave the lifeboat to get back on the Titanic that is about to sink. The first, most likely event in the next two or 3 years will be ratio shrinkage. It has already begun, but hasn't reached it's peak. Many stackers plan to start trading some, if not most of their silver, but certainly not all, for gold when the ratio shrinks to or below 40:1.Boom, you've turned silver into gold at less than half the price you would have paid, had you originally bought gold in the first place. You can then ride that ratio back up and later sell some of that gold for silver so you get all of your original silver back, plus now you still have some free gold. How cool is that?Later there will come a time when the land prices are much cheaper in terms of silver and gold than they are today. You can take some of your metal and buy productive land, either farmland or rental property, and then you will have an income stream that you can actually live off, while you drink fruity bevages on a nice beach somewhere. This is a 10-20 year play. If this is too long for you to wait, sell your silver when you're ahead and hire two escorts, one middle aged, and one that looks like she might be the underaged daugher of the older one, and pay them enough fiat to roleplay accepting Mercury dimes for a mother and daughter blowjob team.Eat shit and die to the pathetic loser cunt who reports my post for "off topic" content. When there is a complete disruption and loss of civil control, every serious offence like rape, robbery, murder, stealing food, tools, etc becomes a capital offence.People will soon discover to their surprise that 99% of the crime had been committed by a relatively small number of now deceased individuals, mostly black, brown and jéét. From that point on, with all of the sick, decrepit and criminals gone, society blossoms, things get rapidly better. Faster than you might believe because there are no income taxes, no regulations, licenses or fees, and the only rules apply to common areas, and are mostly corollaries of the golden rule. The small community will have direct democracy, and anyone who is entrusted with common funds will be constantly scrutinized by the very people who gave those funds.Life is pretty good when the only government/law enforcement is a posse of angry neighbors and a rope, and the only things that matter are serious violations of a community member's llfe, liberty or property.

>>61506877Some technical analysis if the upcoming GSR play with conservative numbers that are very possible. I trimmed the post for brevity, more info at link.>In a previously pinned post, I predicted a first mid-cycle target for silver of $250/oz in 2028. At $250/oz, a gold-silver ratio of 37:1 puts gold at around $9,250/oz. This will mark the end of the first third of the secular bull market and the beginning of the second third.>At this point in 2028, GSR ~37:1 --- entering the second third of the secular bull market — the GSR will likely begin another multi-year uptrend. Overall metals prices in USD will continue going up by massive percentages until the mid-late 2030s, but in 2028, gold will begin to outperform silver again and it will be advantageous to be heavier in gold than silver at that time — as it was in 2011 and 2021 — to ride the ratio up.>After the GSR bottoms in 2028, it will likely reverse for ~3-4 years. It may not reach 82.37 again by 2032, but it could get close. As such, there will be a second mid-cycle opportunity to trade gold for silver in 2031-2032 and ride the ratio down again. At this time, silver will be ~$700/oz and gold will be ~$52,500/oz.>In all, the history of the GSR suggests that there will be two ripe opportunities to trade metal for metal over the next 7-8 years. It directs us now to be heavier in silver, and to trade silver for gold in 2028 to maximize gains in the second third of the secular bull market. Around 2032, it will be time to trade gold for silver again to ride the ratio down for the third third of the cycle --- and the secular bull market top.>The ultimate top for metals will not be in until 2036 - 2038. At the top, silver will be at least $1700/oz and gold will be at least $62,900/oz. In the long run, buying gold or silver now will be unbelievably profitable. Those who own either will be catapulted into an entirely new economic class.https://x.com/potassium_phd/status/1994054428031414370

My local LCS is one of the best in the country IMO and I’ve always been treated fair when selling. The reality is the silver market is in uncharted territory and it will take time to adjust and accurately judge the selling landscape going into the future. None of us know what going to happen other than silver hitting triple digits in the short term. So selling now unless one desperately needs USD shouldn’t be a concern for most stackers currently. >>61506987>blah blah strawman faggotry blahI work at a coin/bullion store, for BU ASEs in unopened tubes without the slightest hint of toning, spotting or fingerprinting we're currently paying $3 under spot and selling for 4 over. Uncirculated ASEs that aren't absolutely immaculate (they have spotting, toning, or other blemishes) are the same as fresh buffalo rounds and nice bars which we buy at $4 back of spot and sell for $3 over spot. More darkly tarnished, dinged, and faggot painted ASEs along with old dinged tarnished vintage bullion and 1995 birthday rounds we pay $5 back and sell for $2 over spot. There's really not much of a spread, especially when we can all remember the 30-50% premiums some utter retards were paying in hopes of reaching 100% premiums in 2 more weeks..A while ago there was a buttfuck retarded sperglord who was shitting all over himself screeching about how everyone should pay exorbitant premiums for ASEs because the premiums would only increase, but as I and others warned would happen the premiums have in fact collapsed and anyone who bought eagles at a premium instead of regular generic bullion has fucked themselves. I want to buy silver online storing it digitally or via an Exchange somehow, because I currently have no practical means of carrying around large quantities of silver. I realise that this carries its own risks because carrying physical silver is arguably a lot safer for your investment and in some cases more practical, but if my intention is to simply to turn a profit and then trade with what’s left what’s the catch unless society completely collapses (unlikely). What’s the best method for this plan?

Taxes, travel, ect. even agree with some of the past posts talking about normies being more willing to accept them for bulk purchases like land or a house over say junk or buffalo rounds. Still your current argument does not hold water, premiums fluctuate wildly. When silver is 150+ an ounce and higher a couple bucks either way for converting to USD for people who buy ANY silver now is not gonna matter. >>61507159He doesn't hold it, he doesn't own it...
>>61507201I own my balls tho since I am holding them
>>61507189its up to you for your level of risk. best is physically holding it, then private reputable companies like brinks. deposit boxes at banks are the first things that get confiscated, but i do thin kit woudl be better than a paper etf that would just settle in cash. you can try a service like kinesis
>>61507156>Those are very low premiums for Eagles. My understanding is the US Mint charges primary dealers around $2.30 premium over spot per coin.I'm talking about backdate ASEs, for 2025 eagles the wholesale dealers are charging a lot so they've been considerably more expensive, our retail price has gone from 69 to 72 to 79 to 82/ea in just the past 2 weeks or so but that price will fall precipitously after the Christmas demand for 2025 eagles has passed and the wholesalers stop jewing everyone. The reason older ASEs are cheap is because millions have been pouring out of boomer hoards, same as with old constitutional 90% coins which we buy at 40x and sell at spot, or a discount if ya buy quantity. Right now is when people should be loading up on cheap ASEs, the only time in the past 5 years that buying ASEs instead of generic bullion has ever made sense. They and 90% are the best buys right now.
>>61507189>I don’t really want to have to carry it around with me.If you want portable, buy gold. Incredibly easy to hide, even in an apartment. put it in an old clock radio or something. Obviously don't tell anyone.Picrel is over $2k Canadian. Largest coin is same size as a nickel. 5 gold Eagles/Buffaloes is over $20k USD.
>>61507203Well, duh yeah
>>61507216There you have it boys, if you're buying silver now, seriously consider Eagles, this opportunity probably won't last too long.I would seriously also consider buying 90% in bulk under spot as well.
>>61507206Alright thanks I do appreciate it. I’ll have to give it some more thought, for now the ETFs carry a risk similar to stocks but the convenience is also intrinsic. Have to see which is best, I do like to spread my bets, might be worth a shot too.>>61507219>goldI’m currently cautious of gold, it will definitely beat inflation but it’s also seemingly more volatile and presumably not as useful from a technical perspective as silver (though I could be wrong, I’m conscious of silvers benefits as an electrical conduit of some sort) so I’m more reticent to buy it, although your idea definitely does sound intriguing.>>61507221:D
Speaking of premiums, I got picrel for $65 a week ago. Do these usually have more of a premium than that?
>>61507118ngmiIf you don't hold it you don't own it.
>>61507407Im spreading my bets it’s already been decided
>>61506617>Eat shit and die to the pathetic loser cunt who reports my post for "off topic" content. All you are doing is making this board even shittier, but 4chan deserves do die a horrible death anyway. They really don't like the fact truth brings to bear do (they/them)¿ Laying out macrocosm trends for microcosm midwits is almost never appreciated, worse, yet it's violently assaulted. There's a reason why, though. There's 3 basic types of people in this world. 1. Those who know how to fish, they are established with big boats and distribution channels. 2. Those who want to learn how to fish, who work hard to learn and grow. 3. Those who are starving for fish and would do anything for a morsel. The reality is that the 1st type typically employs the 3rd type to kill the second type. But it doesn't matter to me because the 2nd type is where it's at fren. Nice seeing you again, Godspeed.
