good thread, OP
>>
What's the Xmas buy, bros? If you had 1000$ to throw, what do?
>>
See I didn't make an ai thread this time. PSA be aware that the following statements are true.

1. Holding physical metals is what's most important.
2. Miner stocks are slow and does not mean you OWN anything. Miner shills are fed bots.
3. Goldback shills are fed bots
4. Junk silver fudders are fed bots
5. Iqdalit hates goblins and most ai images, he fucks off most of the time when people post them due to autism.
6. Crypto nerds are not smart and will never the truth even when silver hits 3 digits. Oh yeah that reminds me.
7. This ain't nothing yet. Silver at 3 digits isn't even anything. There are like 8 things that are about to springboard the silver price into 4 digits and a 1 to 5 ratio with gold. Lower in the future. It is basic math.

Anything else?
>>
>>61507198
>If you had 1000$ to throw, what do?
I'd either buy a bunch of junk Silver or maybe buy a Gold Sovereign (or something similarly sized) if I'm in the mood for Gold.
Just whatever would be the best bang for my buck.

Half the supply has been destroyed so if you take a 10:1 historical there’s your 5:1 anlready. Also it’s WAY more useful than gold which is the metal equivalent of a pillow princess just sitting in vaults.

>Total supply per person per year in the world is about the size of a penny
>Per non-third-worlder it's the size of a quarter
Nah, the 1:5 ratio is entirely realistic, but it could be 1:1 or even a negative ratio. It's not just industrial, but an investment, and what happens when said investment gets bought up? Oh, it's easy for them to just pull more gold out of the vaults but their vaults have almost no silver. It was used for industry.

Platinum was also historically more than gold. "Muh color" isn't true at all, it's about supply and demand. There's nothing that intrinsically makes gold more valuable than silver.
>>
>>61507261
Most of the rise usually happens later in the evening. I hope it doesn't hit $68 or more tonight, I would rather have it go up a couple dollars per week than go up 3 bucks a night for two days and then dump 5 bucks before Friday close.

Jews love high volatility though. I guess it makes a big difference when the insiders know the plan in advance.

Yeah, that's just the reality of it. Even when you can convince someone to stack they just dip their toes in and don't really commit most of the time, got my brother to buy but he only bought 9 (nine) ounces and isn't buying more, and is selling at 100. Dabblers, what can you do?

>Platinum was also historically more than gold.
Platinum has a number of unique properties, (platinum resistance thermometer, catalysts for industry, inert high temp crucibles, etc) and requires complex chemistry to extract and purify. It is also much more scarce than gold.

I will admit, it's not as impressive to look at as gold, but it does make beautiful jewelry that never tarnishes.

Well that's the thing, it's also an industrial metal.
That's why the GSR doesn't matter / exist AT ALL really, silver is an industrial metal and we're basically in the silver age of industry, where it's used for all of our technology now.
Saying there's some gold-silver ratio like a unique thing is delusion and normalcy bias the same way people say there's a platinum-silver ratio.

Industrial metals. They go big when there's shortages.
Silver is also dual-purpose, industrial and investment. It's basically two groups that are gonna be fighting for the rest of the existing supply.
>>61507309
Man, it's tough. A lot of old relatives are retiring and there's really nothing you can say to them, they're gonna do their own thing, still waste 70% of their income every paycheck, and then dump 15% into stocks like it's the 1980s or something.

If you can't have the metals on hand for more than a half year, I would pick something allocated that's local if at all possible. There are reputable depositories around the USA. Like that other anon mentioned, brinks might be something you want to avoid. Singapore may be a good idea if you're worried about confiscation.

Miners are worthwhile for speculation.
4 digit silver is a discussion more about Weimart bux than the amazing price spectacle. A real set of numbers that we should lock into are going to be about 85, 125, and 200 usd, assuming your speculating in usd.

1.Half is gone already.
2.China banned silver exports
3.Mexico is 71% of the total world silver and they are closing mines, and will probably nationalize the rest soon enough.
4.When the comex had 'heating issues' they also had several contingencies to avoid just that. For ten hours. It only miraculously effected silver. When it was back online it was shown they flooded the paper market with 1.2 billion paper contracts.
5.The very next week they raised margin at 2am on Friday from 12k to 18k and an automatic margin call sold contracts that couldn't buy in, which was everyone because it was literally after hours. They do this to screw people out of money who couldn't even put the extra 6k into it to keep the contract. 4. And 5. Proves they are colluding to suppress price.
6.US added it to strategic metals list
7.The silver institute changed historical data for the last ten years and the deficit is miles more than they claim. See Road to Roota videos on this.
8.Boomers are cashing in their silver at record paces, but prices continue to rise.
9.silver has been holding backwardation with a fierce Helga grip.
10.silver demand is only increasing
11.People all around the world except the west are hoarding silver. China, India, Vietnam, even fucking filipinos and thai are hoarding scraps of silver. When retail is fully awake, say around 3 digit silver, it will explode in price as normgroids wake up.
12.It has great investment inflows
13.As world de dollarizes it is the only safe haven asset other than silver.
14.Inflation will spike the price even higher
15.We are going to enter a hot war in the future. Wars run on silver supply.
16.Forecasts have had to be remade x6 or more times in 2025 because they don't want people questioning the legitimacy of their false guesswork. This alone if indicative of how manipulated the price is alone.

People either have common sense or they don't. I'm sure there are more reasons too.

This one is interesting to me for exit strategies/exchanging for assets. I'm wondering what the pipeline for a tube will be to the ultimate buyer, and Im guessing that we'll start seeing some nastier than expected spreads if the refiners are at capacity and the only buyers are government and industrial (although the spread will probably be marginal against the gains).

Anons should I sell some of my gold and silver? I have 125K in gold ETF and 30K in silver ETF. I'm up 30% in gold and 80% in silver, due to buying near the start of the year and slowly increasing my holdings over the year.

My original reason for buying was that I thought the world economy was going to shit and we were about to see a major currency devaluation. I still believe in that thesis but the prices have run up so much that I'm thinking of selling half my holdings and putting them into some diversified equities ETF (XEQT because I'm Canadian) to avoid being too heavily concentrated. My total portfolio is 330K so this is around half my networth. I can add ~120K per year to my portfolio after taxes and living expenses though so if I put all that into XEQT instead then by the end of next year it would be more like 35% of my portfolio which seems more ok (assuming it doesn't keep running up)

Honestly I'm not seeing that big of an increase in premiums, they were $17-$20 when Silver was like $25 and now that the price of Silver has more than doubled the price of 5 RMs has doubled with it.
Still impressive that they've managed to keep the premium when the premiums for a lot of other popular numismatic coins has simply been eaten by spot. If spot stays stagnant for a while, premiums will probably rise a bit as the market adjusts.

Only thing they're good for besides overlricing is having stuff to sell you overpriced.

I prefer coin shows, get to mingle and haggle with a variety of folks and see lots of neat stuff. I got a world fair penny from over a century ago and some 1970s or w/e MAD comics and a bonafide whore house token from the railroad days. In addition to metals of course. Plus it's common to get unusual change like half dollars and $2 bills.

not sure if you were a real anon or or glowie pretending to be one, but i felt bad about being condescending.

in any case just want to explain why i was sign tapping posting. i was taking a break from 4chan/internet, and i only returned because i still sometimes checked alex jone's twitter feed, and saw him posting the exact messaging with the exact timing mentioned by that "CIA OP" anon 6 months ago, who also urged the buying of silver when it was ~half price. then i had a dream about sign tapping on billboard, so that's literally what pushed me over the edge to come post about it.

here are some thoughts i had about the meme today:

Sign tapping is a meta meme that resonates with and brings coherence to organic anons, while bringing dissonance to a wide spectrum of shills. It also utilized by other shill factions who are interested in it for their own purposes, such as maybe the chinese, russians, iranians, trannys/left who want to wage memetic warfare against the US, israel, the “right”. For example you can see this in the deployment of the meme in a viscous antimilitary angle (who are definitely not the root enemy). There are also anons who try to make it into a natsoc thing, and still others who larp as the various interests.

Sign tapping is only partially about a message, it's also about an organic sentiment (which cannot be debunked, it's a feeling/intuition). This non-debunkable sentiment larping as a message is the root layer to this meme, which is capable of carrying arbitrary memetic payloads (as seen by many derail attempts). For the meme to evolve (organic adoption), further messages must be in coherence with the root - it's an organic asymmetric metameme.
>>
>>61507819
This is why I mostly only post ambiguous versions of it, usually without the text, which doesn't contain the text-level root message, only the shell. Multiple people can interpret it at their own level simultaneously, and new meaning can be loaded into it later or retroactively. It can be used for much more than just the anti false-flag-draft-fell-for-it-again narrative breaking. It doesn't even matter if the original text-level message is true - the sentiment is, although it does set the price of any future false-flag/israel/military ops to deep organic anon coherence/resonance/amplification (sign tapper text-level official external validation).

In summary, it has an asymmetric ability to:
1.) divide broad spectrum shills from organic anons
2.) employ non-captured shills to its propagation and amplification
3.) derail synthetic narratives (esp planned dialectics), distractions, etc
4.) contain any message which can branch from the root (organic sentiment)

It doesn't even matter if the if the posting about it is pro, con, neutral, larp/mask, ironic – it all further embed the root level cultural artifact. The key to its most multi faction shill/glow resistance is to load it with truth/honesty (as it started, the root), humor/joy, and not resentment/propaganda.

There's a lot more that could be said about this meme, how it has been used, and how it could be used. I'm sure other anons who were around it during the few months is was being collectively embedded noticed other interesting things about it.

thanks for reading my blog

If enough people believe it we'll go to 1:15 gsr inshallah. Too many still believe paper or digital fiat has value, it's just a believe system. I BELIEVE in 1:15 gsr therefore it will manifest. It's that easy.

We went from
>silver thaler
to
>silver dollar
to
>paper coupon of a silver dollar
to
>fiat paper coupon of a silver paper coupon
to
>digital entry of a fiat paper coupon
to
>a 'stable coin' of a digital entry of a fiat paper coupon

it will loop back to real silver, in weight, in purity. JUST BELIEVE! one to fifteen!

The only advantages of doing PSLV are:
1. They don't short their silver into the market.
2. You can get exposure to silver price action buying and selling on the dips and peaks with very low commission.
3. PSLV allows redemption for physical if you have more than 10,000 oz. SLV only allows "Authorized Participants" to redeem, so you have to pay another jew commission

Stackers buy and hold, they don't fuck around with silver ETF exposure.

PSLV has it's uses, but owning shares is NOT owning silver.

If I could guess at one scenario: there are efforts being made to tokenize more than ever and make crypto-like systems a greater part of the economy than ever. MAYBE that could distract people enough for another year or so.
Or maybe silver does go 100+ by March and those systems are part of a shakeout dump. Artificial and fake but to the majority who don't know the demoralization would be all too real. Or maybe we end up with "tokenized silver" as just another tool to sell limited resources to more people virtually and high on that hopium people go for it.
Either way those who stack will be grateful to those who did sound the alarm and got them researching things, as well as prepared to help those who didn't see the light. Silver up? Stackers win. Silver down? Stackers slurp... and win more.

Something I've noticed just in the last few days while working at the LCS is that for some reason the retail interest in 100ozt silver bars has gone through the roof. I don't think we sold a single 100oz bar in the prior 2 weeks but starting this past Monday people started calling and stopping in requesting 100ozers. Does anyone know why retail interest in big bars has spiked? Is it because youtubers or those weird AI channels have started pumping them as being a form more desirable to industrial users?

The deal one gets for buying in bulk is attractive as others have said. Have seen many posts throughout the years advising people to have something smaller and divisible depending on the sale/use scenario they are stacking for. Otherwise going for the best value for money by weight is what most will do. Many of them have likely seen videos from various time periods of silver bars/ingots/ore being shaved/chipped off.

I've been strongly considering getting them both since making that post. Nature and knights, two different depictions of Liz.

Too much of a pain to buy? You punch a few keys and some dork brings it to your door. Are you too weak to open the door? As for selling, now is not the time. When the time comes you will not have to trade metals for paper. Metals will BE money, as they have been for most of history for most of the world.

But it sounds like you want to do short-term trading in metals rather than stack and hold. That's fine. Your a gambler. I'm not. I wish you luck. Never forget that before the Great Depression, everyone thought the money they stored in the banks was theirs. Until the day it wasn't.

Picking and choosing mining stocks is risky, and anonymous boards like this are prime for pump & dumps.
I've bought plenty of mining stocks I have heard of from PMG and other PMs pundits with some mixed success.
My personal opinion is that mining discussion should stick to CMMG. But a general rule of thumb for mining for PMG should be that you would want majors that are already established or an ETF such as SILJ whose assets are hand picked by the Sprott team. SILJ is not going to bag-hold holes in the ground because they know what they are doing.

I bought stacks a few years ago. Now I can't bring myself to buy more because of the enormous price difference. What do?

well son of boomer
its probably people that dont have any silver at all and they want to do a one time purchase of silver for a low premium

the likely hood that the people calling already have 100oz is slim

because no one buys silver over and over in 100oz increments
they buy 1oz 5oz 10oz
100oz sounds like people with money in the bank who are getting a little nervous that prices of everything didnt come down after the fake pandemic still
