What I'm intending to do is depart from the usual business model of selling powdered mushrooms mixed with instant coffee (which is a scam), and instead apply an extract to the whole beans themselves, which has greater bioavability and doesn't impart any discernable flavor. I'm not sure what the customer base looks like there though, since it's still coffee. But so are most mushroom coffees, they're just typically very low quality coffee and the mushroom part is a scam anyway since they don't put quality ingredients in there. But high quality coffee infused with an extract is something I'd actually drink personally, since I already take cordyceps. It'd just be a more convenient delivery mechanism over buying extract separately. Not sure how it'll go but I'll be at a couple big farmers markets next year to test things out. I need to be selling at least 200 bags a week to make it at all worthwhile..
