In the past you might have heard a lot of normies parrot the idea that it is illegal to destroy US dollars. Like you can't take a pile of dollars a burn them up or deface them.

Once again it is a game of telephone disconnection from reality.
That law was specifically made for gold and silver coinage.

During the world wars the Germans were doing exactly what you're describing. They were taking paper dollarf American silver coins and it was going to destroy the American financial system.
I forgot what happens next. But they stopped it somehow.

When our precious metals move the way they are as of late, I expect FUDders and scammers to show up around here.

Speaking of moves, what's going on with platinum? It's been on an even more monumental tear than silver, but it also dropped like 16% today. I heard it usually goes strong through February, but the recent swings have me spooked.

Man im fucking wobbling at the moment. The AI guy. And I’ve a very healthy skeptical view of it all. But the technical breakdown on the video I just saw actually split my brain.

Very few stackers understand how markets and leverage and rehypothication actually work. I do. But it’s so esoteric. Even beyond explaining debasement and inflation and money. It involves the psychological part. It’s better to not even try.

Basically if you get it. You will know how to operate a functional and successful fractional ponzi.

The TLDR I
is this. WHO THE FUCK IS OPERATING THIS THING. I’m at the point where it might be non human. It never attacks anyone. It’s non aligned. It’s just agnostic. It’s genuinely giving me strange vibes. Could the Chinese have approached AGI? Could AGI have just escaped? And this is something operating on it’s own volition?

Whatever is going on. These are exceptionally strange days. I’m half rattle honestly.

sure there are some weird lies thrown in there and they dont fix the issue where it cant say numbers, but I think it is by design.

we are in the weird perfect moment for this to even be happening.

The videos are hit or miss. Mostly miss. They’re very focused towards people who trade silver derivatives on an exchange, and I worry that it’s convincing younger guys into providing JP Morgan with exit liquidity. Also the fact that it’s not a real person with real skin in the game who owns real silver is kind of ironic given the fact that, (at least for me personally) I buy rocks specially because they are real things and I’m tired of imaginary internet money.

An imaginary Asian man giving me imaginary narratives surrounding imaginary money is just too disconnected from reality for me to get into. I can just go read lord of the rings or something at that point.

I mean I think it’s a genuine disinfo campaign by (((someone))) but I don’t really care enough to look into it. The few videos people have posted here haven’t really explained anything to me that I didn’t already know or suspect. A lot of it seems to be based on rumors.

Like the “inside info” he drops. He also leaves out pretty significant events and a lot of the videos have pretty huge glaring errors. One of them I watched came out maybe a week or two ago and was talking about silver as if the price was still $35 even though the channel didn’t even exist when silver was that price.

Buy what you can when you can until it is truly unobtanium. That's the consensus over the last rocketing in price. There is no way to know where prices are headed considering the fundamental facts about silver and it's relation to the current markets and economies at large.

Most are hoping for corrections to cheaper prices with some expecting every day to be the best day to buy.

Do what feels right, anon. I'm down to a couple ounces a month while building a cash nest egg. Once that's met I'm dropping every dollar I have into silver.
>>
>>61563985
I dunno. I started buying in 2011when silver was 35 or so per ounce, and everyone was saying inflation was going to break everything and you had to buy silver now. It took almost a decade to break even. Now I'm 2.3 x in the black.
I would say be cautious - this could be another rugpull, but I know *everyone* else here will say supply is low ... and they're right. It IS low,and demand IS high, and supply IS limited... So yeah, this could be the beginning of the mooning. I'm just a bit gun shy right now, but then I've had time to recover.
>>

Jeets unironically run the cloud infrastructure used to generate the videos though. King Kong is a chinaman with a thick accent but he knows his shit, but I still trust him because he at least understands sound money. The AI videos don’t even really mention that it’s just derivatives talk.

this is what i think. they want citizens to slurp up as much local supply so that when it becomes an emergency the state will have a harder time buying up any available silver form american dealers.

Reminder:
''The Coinage Act of 1873 or Mint Act of 1873 was a general revision of laws relating to the Mint of the United States. By ending the right of holders of silver bullion to have it coined into standard silver dollars, while allowing holders of gold to continue to have their bullion made into money, the act created a gold standard by default. It also authorized a Trade dollar, with limited legal tender, intended for export, mainly to Asia, and abolished three small-denomination coins. The act led to controversial results and was denounced by critics as the "Crime of '73".''

I think the AI chink is a scheme by China to enrich internet racists and give them more real world power while minimizing total western investment.
Think about it. They could have used a real chink or even a normal person, but the unprofessional AI presentation of the videos ensures that their reach is self-limiting and that they only activate anti-government schizo dissidents.
I've also seen similar AI videos recently from an occupy wall street perspective, another broadly anti-government group, which further supports my theory.
A common theme in all the videos is the collapse of the US dollar. I think China may actually have a plan to crash it for real.

So historically, like pre industrial, an oz of gold was like a years wage roughly?
During the gold standard a years wage was like 20oz give or take, and the gar has had silver fluctuated around 12-20 per oz of gold correct? Unless I’m mistaken but wouldn’t that put gold’s current price right around where it should be yearly going by the gold standard?
Something seems off intuitively it strikes me as being way more but then that just pegs me as Weimar hyperinflation territory

A silver Roman denarius initially weighed around 4.5 grams

Farm laborer – 25 denarii per day
Baker – 50 denarii per day
Veterinarian – 6 denarii per animal, for the task of clipping & preparing hooves
Barber – 2 denarii per client
Scribe – 25 denarii for 100 lines of “the best writing,” and only 20 denarii for 100 lines of “the second quality writing.”
Gymnastics instructor – 50 denarii per month, per student.
Lawyer – 250 denarii for opening a case, 1,000 denarii for pleading a case.

To get a general idea of the buying power these wages would afford a Roman citizen, here are some things you could buy with your hard-earned denarii:

Wheat – 100 denarii per kilogram
Wine – 30 denarii per pint (discounts available for aged wine!)
Honey – 40 denarii for a pint of “best quality,” or 24 for a “second quality” pint
Beef – 8 denarii per pound
Goose (fattened) – 200 denarii
Goose (not fattened) – 100 denarii
Eggs – 1 denarius per egg
Male lion (presumably alive) – 150,000 denarii

150 next year is the average of what I've watched and I believe it. Man, I miss 30. Hindsight is just that but I have to bite my tongue when talking to boomers at the coin shop acting like Buffet Jr. when they had 50 more years than me to stack.

Could be could be. Let’s narrow it down. I’ll go first. I’m sophisticated enough to know my way around most financial concepts. And I assume you are. No need to lay it out.

Ultimately it’s on the intuition of the investor. I don’t know the future. But if the market crashed tomorrow. And I mean crash. And dragged everything down by day 3 to 30%.

The only thought on my mind would be. What is there that I own that I haven’t monetised that I can use to get more exposure.

I’m at that stage. I’m either schizophrenic. Or have done my homework. I will find out soon enough.

I was lucky to have been friends with an autist who made me aware of buying silver back then around 2018 and I was in my mid 20s. If you think you’re late age-wise I went to an event with many stackers and they were all old men in their 70s. I asked them when they started stacking and many of them said 3 years ago or so. I had started stacking well before them yet I was the youngest by 40 years.

Post video.

I too have spent a large amount of time coming to grasp with the deeper esoterisms of monetary mechanics and I have many time tried explaining things to people with very little success. I’ve realized it like trying to explain the process of my own intuition which I don’t even fully grasp but in my head the story is all there. I watched a few of Asian guy videos and I was amazed how well the information is presented and how fucking accurate it was.

I started stacking when I was like 27~28 and was finally making decent money. It’s not really a big deal. Back then no one I knew stacked and everyone was a dick about it to me and no one really encouraged me to do it or taught me how to find deals until later and it was basically only terminal online boomers on ancient web forums giving me shit advice on stuff, none of them knew anything about markets or how to find deals and I got I basically bought a bunch of retarded shit at first and wasted a bunch of money.

At least now you have a bunch of non Jewish turbo autists who hate banks who can actually provide you with relevant information and probably help you make some money. I wish I had that when I got started.

You gotta actually do math and look around for longer than a couple minutes, but you can find well under spot good silver everywhere. The most premium item at the moment is for sure pure bullion.
