It didnt meet the absolutely coked up "whisper number" of something like $37B and only made $36B and it dropped almost 10% intraday. I decided to never go back and got into PMs and miners.

Pic is my investment thesis. Then I just buy into whatever has momentum which at this time happens to be uranium. UUUU specifically captures several themes besides uranium like heavy mineral sands, vanadium, strategic metals etc. and for some reason is also rather heavily shorted. I like the chart, saw it break out and piled onto it. That's it.
>>
>>61599935
I'm gonna buy a shit ton of it, but I just have one problem, due to certain circunstances I only can buy URA, it's that good enough? I researched it and it seems very similar to UUUU on what the stock covers, any info Uranon?

Yeah URA is just fine, or URNJ. It doesn't really matter which ticker you buy. And before you buy formulate a plan on what you will do in case this trade doesn't work out (in other words set a stop loss). You don't want to baghold something for years.
>>
>>61599447
Quints and I will chop my cock off
>>
>>61599988
I'm not worried about bagholding until 2032 honestly, also, all my trades are giving profit so it's time to sell and invest in something else too before everything gets a big correction, I guess i'll wait until a big red market day to buy URA.
Thanks for the speculative ideas fren, it was fun

what else will the AI boom cause a run on? logically electricity. oil/gas is the most prominent and easiest to use, but we have a surplus of oil and production isn't an issue. renewables are growing but would it be able to support the massive energy needed by AI? is the UUUUfag right about nuclear being the future? techbros don't have morals so they wouldn't have any problems about nuclear power or care about whatever fear or concerns other would have about it.

>Everyone needs these PMs for industrial purposes
Yeah, that's not a reason to think the price is going to go up unless you're deliberately trying to corner the market and hoard it. If the prices go up significantly, then industries will be priced out of getting it. You won't get rich, people will just shrug and make do with the old technologies that they already have. Apple brain is a relatively new phenomenon and will wear off fast when sticker shock starts to set in.

Industry is AI now, not retail for phones and laptops. The reason its shooting straight up is that people know its needed for the billions of dollars already spend in contracts for data centers, same with copper.
Your model is outdated.
The reason Micron , SNDK and WDC are all up by 20%+ are because of datacenter demand.
Hell, Apple isnt even putting out a new phone this year because it would be too expensive.
Humanity is all in AI, like it or not. ( I dont like it, but its profitable)

Its da AI safety software in cars that see if your fatigued and shit, anyway the EU globohomo is making it a mandate that cars be built with them and Seeing machines is in a duopoly that makes these systems, they have been beaten down for a long time for not delivering but its their time to shine, Hugo Navarro has a substack article on it its pay to read but I think the free part summarizes it well enough

Retail wagie. Bros, I unironically made an annoying tranny coworker quit HIS(don't care to use pronouns, fuck that dude) job along with HIS boyfriend(who was also MtF faggot) too.

>Heard 'she' was crashing out for past several months, super moody, got so bad that even the deliveries team supervisor clocked out early from tired of whiny bullshit one time
>Saw him in the electric aisle, casually walked up and asked if needed help with electric conduit pipes for a delivery, deliveries team LOVES it when I help them with heavy shit
>She turned around looked me in eye and no bullshit said "Yes, you want to help me SHOOT the delivery team?! I'm sick of their lazy fuckass job"
>Got fed up with entitled attitude and told him "Never gonna beat the tranny shooter allegations. We all have bad days, so just GROW A PAIR and DEAL WITH IT!", then walked away
>Heard VERY loud crash out, pipes hitting floor with onions screeching in the distance
>Night manager paged for him and demanded to know what happened
>She quit immediately
>When I walked outside, both him and his fatass ugly (boy)friend were flipping me off before driving away

The next global financial crisis cannot come soon enough because holy shit that's ridiculously bearish for humanity

7.2% up already, if this year keeps going like this I´ll be a multimillionaire by the end of the year. Trust the plQn.

If you own 600 shares of TSLA, you could sell 6 OTM 500 JUN 27 calls for almost $60,000 because its premiums are so high.
You can basically live indefinitely off of a $250,000 of TSLA.
Any other stocks you could do that with?
>>
>>61601338
Everyone clapped
>>
>>61601362
You could. Until SpaceX IPO takes TSLA to the moon and your entire strategy gets turned to dust.

>>61601343
Sounds cute. Wish you and your dog many green candles this year!
>>
>>61601367
How does it get turned to dust? You literally dont lose any money, since the goal is to just live off it, not become a multi millionaire. Then you just buy 300 shares and do it again, or find another stock with ridiculous premiums.
>>
>>61600020
That's close enough, in my opinion.
>>
>>61601372
If TSLA trades at 600 at the end of june you are forced to sell your shares for 500 and if you buy them back you have to pay at least 600.
>>
>>61601376
ok? You do know that doest cause you to have a negative balance? You still have $360k instead of only $260k
>>

If they are still deep ITM at expiration they will be exercised automatically as long as you have the capital, so don't worry about exercising them early it just needlessly ties up your cash
>>

Depends on the strategy. If you want to buy in, just do it. Don't try to time the market. Saving a few dollars shouldn't make or break your strategy, and if it does you should probably reconsider your strategy.
>>
>>61601459
It's for an etf, i ask because afterhours price is higher than closing price, and both are higher than the NAV (aren't you getting scammed if you pay more than the nav because it will rubber band back to the nav anyway?). Sorry for the stupid questions im new the only trade ive done is buying an etf on monday and i waited for a mini dip and saved myself some dollars by not buying straight away. >>
>>61601478
If your broker lets you trade extended/overnight sessions just put in a limit buy order for your desired low price and there will be a chance it fills at some point
>>
>>61601478
If you are new, you should not be chasing gains. Just buy SPY or QQQ and just watch. And yes, its generally bad to buy an ETF that above NAV. Dollar cost average is probably the best strategy to practice with. It just means every week or month you buy a little more of the stock you want, and if you're buying SPY or QQQ the math basically means you will have consistent gains. Sometimes you'll buy low and other times high, but it "averages" out.

Next step would be to look at specific stocks and watch them for a few months. Also try watching companies your are similar in that industry (ie you work in a company or have industry experience in that sector)

There's some truth in the sense that the F-35 is their main product but is so expensive that foreign countries choose Grippens or Rafales, plus they are not getting any new programs from Uncle Sam.
ICBMs and stealth bombers went to NOC.
RTX is winning contracts around the world every month in multipurpose missiles, interceptors, Patriot systems, and air and naval radars plus P&W prints money. Every time Israel was attackef by Iran RTX made 250m
BA got the F-47 and probably the F/A-XX plus the israelis prefer the f-15 to the f-35
GD has land and submarines.
HII surface vessels
Plus they're heavily in debt. (I think it's +350% debt/equity.)
30% of my portfolio is US defense since 2023 I own every big one except BA, and LMT is the worst performer. I'm 29% up but only because I've lowered my average price buying dips.

Our deficit was $1.8 trillion last year and half of it was NATO. And the Europeans are massive ungrateful cunts, and it was formed for the cold war to oppose the Soviet Union. Russia is a fucking joke that can't take Ukraine. We can still have individual alliances but NATO is way too fucking expensive for what we get

Completely wrong, American defense spending is slightly less than half of what every other NATO member combined spends, this doesn´t mean half of the spending goes to NATO, abolishing NATO probably wouldn´t decrease defense spending. Trump is even advocating to increase spending lol. I swear MAGAs would lose a debate to an LLM.

Ok ivan american deficit of 1.8 trillion and anerica pays 755 Million into natos budget. How is that half ?
Inb4 muh defense spending . Defense spending is not coming down even if we are out of nato.
