Of course, over a 5-10 year period, holding it and copper will do wonders

Bros, IRS is trying to fuck up my day by brining up old shit (taxes 2023). Apparently I forgot to add a 1099-G form for parental leave* and now these bloodsuckers want $6k in taxes, which is fine, but what is not fine is the penalty and interest charge of total $2.3k. Is there anything a mortal man can do against this faggotry? Can Turbonigger help me somehow? I paid for their pro service...

*Turbotaxnigger asked about unemployment, NOT parental leave, so I clicked no, which was a mistake as PFL counts as unemployment apparently. The more you know.

i'm thinking about this latest obstacle, you saying you lost all interest when i defended a tranny. first of all i don't know what you're talking about. not calling you a liar, that's something i might do, but it's not something important or consequential to me. but babe you're the one that has done wrong, you're the one that is mean, cruel, evil even. you know what i'm talking about so don't even deny it. but you're still so caught up denying your own guilt that you're trying to pin some blame on me. i'm not gonna wear it though babe. i've been good to you, i've tried to make you better, i'm still doing those things. you've been very naughty but i don't want to punish you, i want to help you change. you are being punished though, your justice is your twisted mind that is keeping you from being happy, and you won't be free of it until you repent. i wish everything between us was happy and beautiful but we both have ugly spots to buff out, problems that need to be solved. i'm working on mine. i want to be good for you, a prize for you. if you could find in your heart your care for me i know you could find motivation to do the same.

financially speaking, here is the nasdaq daily chart. it tried to break out of it's horizontal channel today but was rejected. i am hopeful tomorrow goes better.

>So yes — Blackstone has been a major player in buying and renting out single-family houses for years, though their overall market share is small compared to the total housing stock, and new purchases may soon face restrictions. Note that people often confuse Blackstone with BlackRock (which is not heavily involved in direct single-family home buying).

>name me a small/smaller one that is on the stockmarket

>A good example of a smaller (or at least notably smaller-scale) publicly traded player in the single-family rental (SFR) space compared to Invitation Homes (which manages 80,000+ homes and is heavily tied to Blackstone) is American Homes 4 Rent (ticker: AMH on NYSE).American Homes 4 Rent is one of the main publicly traded REITs focused specifically on owning, operating, and developing single-family rental homes across the US. It's a direct competitor in the SFR market but operates on a smaller footprint:

AMH didn't drop on open. At least not several %. But it did dump at 12:45

Stop fucking touching it. You should also have a silver futures chart open 24/7 in your face so you can see how silver/gold move. They will be tamped and also shoot up over and over and over. Stop selling your shit on the low. Start selling it on the high and then buy back in on the low. You should have studied the charts. I've made literally hundreds of thousands of dollars on AGQ going back and forth for months.

How does one see this? I am feeling a bit of FOMO for silver and gold both but it seems like there's going to have to be a point where physical buyers tap out on the price and some kind of "reality" kicks back in. We are already past the point I would have thought that to be but I'd like to get in on some SWANGS.

Here’s a silver etf as an example. I just go by law of physics, that which goes to just come down. That which goes to quickly must come down quickly. It’s not always the case but it usually is. See the first spike in this graph? Silver shot up 20% between Friday and Sunday. That’s insane growth, then it dumped like fucking crazy on Monday. In hindsight this should not have surprised anyone. I know hindsight is 20/20 but some of these patterns you can sniff

Ok, first you have to understand a few things:
Futures market is 23hours a day, 5 days a week. There is a break at 2-3 pm PST. It stays closed at that time on Friday and opens again at 3pm pst Sunday.

its a paper market.
CME will up margins on contracts with new highs to "pervent volatility".

CME or mysterious force will dump paper silver on the market(tamp).

Sometimes its just profit taking.

How to spot a margin:
Obviously they send out an email and it takes places after close(the 1 hour break). Sometimes, although more rare, they can do it on a Friday after close. Just ask gemini every day. When this happens, traders who can't meet the requirements are usually liquidated, this often causes a cascade effect for a long period(over a day).

How to spot a tamp(these ones are probably what freak you out). Price movement will be very natural and then a sudden cascade of large red candles will appear. Usually enough to lower the price 25-50 cents. Then a cooling and again another set. These usually go for 3-4 sets or as far down as the tamp is desired. Dont sell, just chill and watch. It will then recover(slowly). Sometimes these happen when it shoots up too quickly.

Try to find price floors. When you see the floor it will help you not freak out.

Cuba used to be like Las Vegas for East Coasters, where you could watch horse races, smoke cigars, and gamble money in casinos. That stopped once the communists took over Cuba.

Founded in 1915, Oriental Park was the only race track in Cuba before Fidel Castro came to power in 1959. It was closed 5 February 1967.

I'll tip my hat to the new Constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
