Some AI answer.
>The cup and handle pattern works in technical analysis because it indicates a bullish continuation, suggesting that after a period of consolidation, the price is likely to break out to higher levels. This pattern reflects market psychology, where the initial drop (the cup) shows selling pressure that eventually stabilizes, followed by a smaller pullback (the handle) before renewed buying interest drives the price upward.

Some human answer
>The cup and handle pattern was first introduced by William J. O’Neil in his book “How to Make Money in Stocks”. O’Neil had spent years studying how top-performing stocks behaved before their strongest climbs, and he noticed that many of them moved through a familiar cycle:
>>Prices would fall as fear took hold and sellers congregate, before forming a rounded recovery as confidence slowly returned, creating the ‘cup’.
>>A brief pullback would then emerge, signalling a moment of hesitation where early sellers tested the market’s resolve. This becomes the ‘handle’.
>>Once that final doubt passed, the price often breaks out with renewed conviction.

>O’Neil realised he wasn’t just identifying a predictable chart pattern; he was mapping investor psychology. The shape captured how crowds behave when they shift from uncertainty to accumulation, a cycle that appears across various trading products on the market.
>Although his original framework was designed for long-term investors who wanted to capture powerful multi-month trends, traders can adapt it for shorter time horizons by adjusting their measurements and targets.
>Over the years, researchers have examined the cup and handle’s success rate and found that it strengthens with time. A cup typically forms over one to six months, followed by a handle lasting one to four weeks.
>Studies also show that the pattern performs best on higher timeframes, especially daily and weekly charts where emotional cycles fully develop without intraday noise.
>According to Thomas Bulkowski, a leading expert and author in trading, his market studies reveal a 65 to 70% success rate, with an average rise of 24% after breaking out past the resistance level1. These results are historical observations and do not guarantee future performance, which can vary significantly depending on market conditions.

We are working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can
>>
>>61623216
>In essence, the durability of the cup and handle pattern reflects a broader truth about market structure. When viewed over longer timeframes, price movements often mirror recurring shifts in sentiment, and this pattern captures that progression in a clear, recognisable way.

This kinda explains what has happened with silver the last 5 years.
>the idea that silver is scarce has spread a lot while they kept the price down
>people kept buying it and seeing the manipulation
>then bigger players started buying way more (China)
>this raised the price to $50
>then some people (boomers) sold because they thought this is the top (which formed the handle)
>price went lower a bit
>then people bought more cheapies until it started going up again
>now normies are starting to hear about it and they're FOMOing into it leading to the current ridiculous price
And this fractal keeps repeating because more and more people see how it keeps going up without a stop and join in into the action.
The funny thing is how all this happens on a physical commodity, not on a stock, which has a huge industrial demand and soon a monetary demand and it's going to end up in a shortage which forces the price to go even higher.
It's a self reinforcing cycle that keeps repeating until, exactly what Mike Maloney predicts, everyone hears about it and gets involved in it and the entire market cap of all the physical silver that still physically exists matches the whole global monetary mass.

A) apparently shiny to mammals = water in lizardbrain language so caveman and cavecat and cavecrow are all attuned to it
B) Cats will mirror you if they like you even if they don't fully understand why you're doing things the way you are. They see you being interested in it so they'll look interested in it too to bond with you. You can reciprocate by looking interested out the window whenever your cat is fixated on something

I'd do it, think of the absolute worst situation possible
>Silver drops back to 50

This is the absolute worst that will happen, but odds are it's never happening and we just moon. The upside
>Silver goes to 200 / 500 / 2k / 10k
>Pay off the denbts at the end of the year with the profits
Like even a modest gain of 10% would cover premiums and ensure you lose nothing, but capture any upside. It could be a crab for the whole year and you only lose on premiums.

Literally a money printer, you know how people buy a house on margin with a mortgage? You're doing that, but with silver and 0% apr if done right. Worst you can do is have to sell the silver to recoup, but you have a whole year and if it crabs you also lose nothing.

I'm beyond the premium of most of my purchases, from not even 1 week ago when I cleared out 4 different shops for all of their already taxed silver, even as a euro. feels good

saw some poor sods in their early twenties asking to buy 1 or 2 toz. Extremely obvious first buyers, one literally asked me in the lounge area/queue how this place works.
Also some boomer women with their sister/inlaw or whatever sidekick in tow looking smug selling what seemed to be their full stashes like 30-60 toz worth.
there were almost always these two types of encounter groups in each of the shops

Lel, they can't understand the asset, they're happy about like a 2x or something like it's something amazing. I've seen a few youtube videos where it's like this, always the extremely smug women selling early like they're some mega-geniuses for an asset falling into their lap that they offload before they can even realize any significant profit. Day-to-day worker until 65 type shit.
>BRO hahahaha I made 10k

Downside scenarios are extremely difficult to predict or execute in reality right now for the simple reason that it is a catch-22, if the price does not rise higher, China and other nation-sized funds will continue to buy, if the price drops significantly, they'll buy more, and if the price drops to some absurd degree (i.e, $30/oz) then either China or one of the billionaires will simply buy literally all of the silver and it'll become unobtainium. There really isn't any way out if you're short silver, other than hoping for a brief drop and closing, but desu I doubt anyone with a brain is opening a short position at this point.
>>
>>61623599
If they take silver profits and sink bonus earnings into gold afterwards would that be better? I plan to do exactly this and then buy silver only on dips or if one finds a really good deal.

Washington

Federal prosecutors have opened a criminal investigation of Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell over his June testimony before Congress about the central bank’s $2.5 billion renovation of its headquarters in Washington, DC,

The stunning action against the independent Federal Reserve was met with an equally extraordinary statement posted by Powell in a video Sunday night, in which he said the investigation was a direct result from his ongoing struggle with the administration over interest rates. Powell said it was a consequence of broader “threats and ongoing pressure” by the administration.

This is just a more advanced form of timing the dip, which isn't something you try to do in such a fast-growing volatile market. If you had this plan 5 years ago before the moon it would have worked great, now you risk losing out trying to chase a 10% gain when the market wants to give you a 500%.
>>61623631
>but desu I doubt anyone with a brain is opening a short position at this point
Yeah, but mostly because of survivorship bias, the entirety of last year was just the people stupid enough to short going broke. Now they just aren't around and solvent to try that dumb shit again. I also don't see the price dipping but it's still minutely possible that some absolute jew shit happens that brings it to 50 or something - you always have to keep the absolute worst case in mind, and in this case a drop like that isn't even a bad leverage, not even some massive 10x leverage loss, houses are bought on 5x leverage, safer than a mortgage.
>>
Weren't margins raised over the weekend? How will that effect the price when markets open in the US tomorrow? This feels like a couple weeks ago with the big rise and then a rug. Not that I really care, since I went in at $14.

9.43ozt raw .925, 8.72ozt net for $30 total from some street dealer who I'm pretty sure didn't know what they had and thought they were ripping me off, everything else in their bin was plated. Boomers WILL be selling off, many people have 100 as their sell target now, and I don't believe they're strong enough to hold.

Yeah. There's no question QE is on the way. Has a president EVER pushed a Fed chairmen this hard? And if we somehow don't get QE, I don't see any market safer than PMs. The stock market is a AI bubble and employment is maybe the worst its ever been. It would be mass layoffs *during* full bore H1B hiring etc.

In the 50s (and prior) the bulk of a house's value came from the building itself and all the labor it required.
Nowadays the price mostly comes from the land.
If you go back to a demographic situation closer to that of the 50s, houses will once again be more expensive than the land they're built on.
>>
>>61624072
Depends if the niggas stand for delivery or not. They can settle for cash or stand for delivery, if enough stand for delivery the COMEX is done for and will have to force majeure in cash and then it’s ogre.

>>61624074
If enough stand for delivery the COMEX is dead. So however much you think that would effect the price of physical silver in monkey money is how much it will go up.
>>
>>61623734
You realize the government confiscation of bullion would not apply if it's in silverware form? If you really wish to destroy silver which people are looking for certain makers to complete their sets of coin 90% silver that look like the pieces you got there, either sell it piecemeal or lot it on ebay with auction price and get cash to buy bullion or melt it yourself and cut out the middleman.

Local store wants $230 for a battery with 480 cca.

I can get an AMG battery for my car with 570 cca for $140...

I need 500+ for cold weather. My Toyota's stock battery is shit. It says online its cca is only 300 - 400.

How I got started with food preparation:

20 pounds of beans
20 pounds of rice
20 pounds of pasta
20 cans of meat/fish (DEENZ)
20 cans of fruit
20 cans of vegetables
Only buy/store what you eat. Date everything with the month/year. Rotate and replace what you consume. Learn how to acquire, purify, and store water properly.

Light, heat, and humidity are the enemies of your foods shelf life, food quality, and nutrition.

Mylar bags w/ oxygen absorbers and in buckets down in my basement. I have to run two dehumidifiers during the summer down there to keep things dry. Lots of #10 cans of the freeze dried stuff, I even have my own freeze dryer and do my own meals and the garden harvest.

Homesteading is back breaking but it's worth it.

>>61624074
Do it yesterday, you're literally in a thread full of anons saying they should have bought more, sold their house, we had anons who cashed out their 401ks and took the penalty and still beat the stock market.
No comex basically means price discovery. Nobody around to set some fake and gay paper price, right now silver is 91 dollars in china, this basically turns the USA market just like china's, they will have to put up the silver or shut up and let it moon. It ends the paper manipulation.

And in China they are buying silver 20 over spot regularly, if there's even any in stock. Imagine this in america where we have mass media and no great wall and 500 trillion jew dollars.
>>
>>61623990
>FWTDHWADOQA
Surely you mean FWTDHWATQUAD right?
>>
>>61624060
This will in a non-moon event be enough for like a couple rental properties, basically enough to cover basics and move you in the direction of retirement but not enough to retire on, remember you need to hold some still in case it goes higher so you're never in a situation where you spend all, or even more than 60% of it.
You'll have to get some productive assets to make it whenever they crash, it won't be a free ride at that amount. Many grandmas have silver sets that are larger than that amount.

This + dehydrated instant potatoes, whatever's cheapest. They're slept on too much, I'd take them over rice and beans in a little 3-day emergency, and they're easier to prepare to an acceptable level.

Estate sales are open for business now that it's after christmas and they have deals you can slurp on food and clothing and tools, btw. Make it a hobby to go to any close ones, pick up a couple things here and there, and you're better off than most. Any tool needed for basic maintenance of a house will be a priority.
>>

>>
>>61624154

I think we're in crash mode, or more like a total revaluation of assets. Picture foreclosures everywhere, rentals across your state not bringing in any money, 20-30% unemployment, wide-scale civil unrest.
I do think that all assets will revalue themselves, but maybe the dollar amount of said silver will only be 1k an ounce - and the cost of land will just be whoever can pay back taxes. That's where we're going, in reality. No use measuring in dollars, they'll still be there but assets will be going through massive deflation so dollar counts don't count anymore.
>>
>>61624124
No. It will be a pre-sale campaign similar to previous pmg runs, but without a third party payment processor such as stripe, and not through a crowdfund website like indiegogo.
>>61624141
We're giving it our best shot. This coin is more palatable than ever for a mint to actually make, but with market conditions I assume it is also more difficult than ever as well.

>don't understand what the fuck the Americans are doing at this point

Economic warfare. They're finally realizing that democracy + no racial identity has left them open to subversion and hostile takeover from racially homogenous groups. But the power structures these groups have put in place over the years are holding them back from taking real action so they're trying to constantly shift the overton window with more and more outrageous things so that people eventually dismiss the old power structure entirely.
