I'm now leaning towards not having anything in stocks and just leaving all that shit to my older relatives who've already been on that train for two decades now, and once I get a portion of it from inheritance I'll immediately pull and turn it to silver without a morcel of guilt over a lost investment. I've been dreading approaching the stock learning curve, but this shit comes so naturally to me because at my roots I'm a peasant that likes to have money that actually exists in my fucking hands after a days hard work

I love my relatives, but some of them are slow on the uptake. I would feel bad if gold went down, but since it’s more stable than silver, I’m trying to convince them to look at it.

My thought process is that since gold out-performed stonks, they lost money, and I’m trying to inform them of that without brow-beating them.

hot tip for all the ausfags right now,

Auspost Shop still has 1oz coins for sale in their Perth Mint section that are currently cheaper than the cheapest 1oz bullion on Perth Mint's actual site. they are disappearing like fucking hotcakes because the best part is there's no shipping costs and less likely to have delays because they're already at the auspost headquarters. Stock of each coin is unclear though so if you're slow but still get in you might be getting an apology and a refund later on.

If there were cheap effective cancer therapeutics that actually worked really well for skin cancer, would the "skin cancer foundation" put up a webpage directing people to that cure, and shut down their foundation, or would they pretend it didn't even exist, and continue fundraising like nothing had happened?

Topical ivermectin reportedly cures melanoma, but for some reason, (((big pharma))) has zero interest in spending 50 million dollars to run large scale trials to either validate or debunk its efficacy. FYI, $50 million is about one week worth of television advertising spent by big pharma, or less than one year's worth of bonuses to their executives.
https://xcancel.com/MakisMedicine

https://scholar.google.ca/scholar?q=ivermectin+melanoma

Reportedly, the horse paste right out of the tube topically on the melanoma causes the cancer to dry up and fall off.

I think a Supreme Court ruling against the tariffs might actually be bullish, at least for gold.
While Trump has been greatly exaggerating how much money they are brining in, they are still brining in significant money, (around $30 billion per month, or about 3% of total Federal revenue).
Lifting the tariffs makes the US budget deficit even more boned than it already is anyway. That's good for PMs.

goldists stack gold because they like to see the value go up.
silverers stack silver because they like to see the value stay the same.
This shouldn't really trigger the goldists, and if it does, they seethe because they have since realised what I mentioned above and realised they're on the wrong side of the right coin

There are so many ways of reaching people directly you don't really need an organization, whether it's medical matters, rebuilding after a disaster, etc.
Have helped people I know directly when it comes to both. Gonna be able to do a lot more should my plans come to fruition. I know many stackers in the US will one day be using their unsupressed silver to help pals rebuild after hurricanes and such. Those'll make for some interesting stories in the future.

Ages ago there was an exposé done on all the major charities - Salvation Army, United Way, Goodwill, Red Cross. None of them, excepting the ICRC, exceeded 15% of total charitable donations going to actual charity work. Most of the money went to administration, and salaries. United way was the worst with less thatln ten cents of every dollar going to charity work. The ICRC was best with about 20% of funds received going to charity work.

So, in short, yes. Every charity organization with even one employee is a grift.

In fact working for an NGO is what made me realize how rotten the whole system is and made me start stacking silver in the first place.

gold doesn't tarnish nor rust. It's to soft for any metallurgy, it has a consistent density which makes it difficult to alloy, which makes it very hard/impossible to fake. It's inert, doesn't react with anything else. We've found a use for just about every single other mineral, gold just kind of defaults to currency and jewelry. You can make gay case studies for industrial use, but you can do that with diamonds or limestone.
>>
>>61639950
The real question is where does this current peak end up. it will settle and enter accumulation phase eventually before the next run up but we could be a ways away from that still.
>>
>>61639794
"The magic of gold thus springs from its sacred nature, or qualitative perfection, and only secondarily from its economic value. In view of the sacred nature of gold and silver, the obtaining of these two metals could only be a priestly activity, just as the minting of gold and silver coins was originally the prerogative of certain holy places only.
In keeping with this is the fact that the metallurgical procedures relating to gold and silver which have been preserved in some so-called primitive societies from prehistoric times, reveal abundant signs of their sacerdotal origin." In 'archaic' cultures, unacquainted as yet with the dichotomy of 'spiritual' and 'practical', and seeing everything in relation to the inner unity of man and the cosmos, the preparation of ores is always carried out as a sacred procedure. As a rule it is the prerogative of a priestly caste, called to this activity by divine command."

ETFs are more 'vanilla' instruments that brokers assume most customers are familiar with. Closed-end funds are different financial vehicles that also tend to trade at a premium or discount due to the fact that they do not massively add up assets with positive inflows (even if the graphs of $SLV and $PSLV are barely different).

This is not a bubble where the number just goes up, this is a short squeeze on a physical commodity which is also money.
That means it's going to look like GME, where it was $7-$8 then it went to $12-15 as people heard about it and then it skyrocketed and the price action looked like a straight vertical wall to $400 or whatever it was.
Because it's a physical commodity, they can't just grey out the buy button and print more shares somehow, it's something physical which cannot be taken away, so the price is supposed to stay up way longer and because it is money this also leads to the complete reorganization of the world.
>>
>>61640177
> Why are you entering? What is your target exit price? Why exactly do you think it will go up? If you don't have this planned out in advance you are just gambling not trading.
Checked. I’ve literally never had an exit plan but would like to develop one. I kinda just go off vibes and feels, contrarian picks often, basically anything loved by mainstream I refuse to buy. 1990s, United Way descended on my old job (large firm, 300 employees). Near boiler room pressure tactics to donate from managers & supervisors. All this so management could get a different pin than everyone else and called out in employee wide email how well their group did.

I feel like it has to be a balance. I liken it to trying to get out of backed-up traffic. You can get into a rhythm of merging into the lane that's moving and then out of it before it stops and the lanes around it start to overtake. When you time it correctly, you end up significantly farther, faster, than if you'd just stayed in the same lane. But you have to have a good view of what's going on up ahead and a good sense of the natural rhythms of traffic. I've been driving a lot longer than I've been trading.

I like this analogy. I don’t really trade I prob shouldn’t have said that. I guess I’m mainly “driving” as well. I’m balls deep in PM stocks and keep locking in gains and reentering. I should prob rotate out a bit of my paper silver picks, it just keeps going up though and I know miners are lagging still. Will prob wait for earnings in Feb to exit. Started rotating into XOM a couple weeks ago, and wanna go heavy FNV/WPM/Agnico

DO NOT BUY A COIN FROM THIS JEWMARK FAGGOT. HE IS POO JEW DALIT SCAM CODED ALL OVER.

Classic tell tale signs of a scam:

Trying to rush you to give him your money
Wont accept credit cards or other secure payments
Didn't accept revisions to the design under the "limited time" pressure
Is not sharing the mint quotes he supposedly received
Is not sharing mint feedback
Hasn't even received a mint finish sample as an example of work

On top of that, his only claim to not rugpulling is that "the other PMG rounds didn't, therefore this one won't either!" The other mint anons were completely transparent, despite not showing up for weeks at a time, set up proper funding websites, and were EXTREMELY responsive to feedback. All you do is scream and push back when we ask honest questions. Go fuck yourself. All you see is an opportunity for dollar signs instead of making the round honestly like the other anons did. I'm out, and I encourage the other anons to dump you as well. You smell worse than a jeet in a construction site shitter.

I'd sooner go to a mint myself with my stack of 100oz bars, melt them down, mint the coins myself, and sell them at a loss to the other anons because I love the Frensmark idea and everything pmg stands for.

Yeah, that's the thing, we're not in the rapid growth stage squeeze part yet even, we're in the early game talking on some backwater forum stage. People are counting this year's growth as part of the multiplier when the reality is it doesn't even apply at all, we haven't started the moonshot yet.

As another European, I think stacking junk is the better choice: sure, buy a few pure rounds if you like them and you can find them at a decent price, but you can find much better deals on junk, especially if you take your time and look in the right places. Moreover, I find junk to be much better to handle and store, and it is also more divisible.

I don't know which country you are from, but I'd recommend mainly stacking your country's junk since it is going to be the most recognizable, alongside LMU silver if you're not from a country that belonged to it. I have also made a small guide of the various junk types, let me know if it could interest you.

>Noooooo! You have to keep your purchasing power in IOUs and credit assets. You can't just own valuable materials instead. How else can we give money to isreal?!
There is something so pure and good and natural about precious metals. It's good for the soul. Good for your financial health too. When you actually save your money in something real and not just pixelized-dollary-doos you stop being a spend-thrift. I think back on the times I have gone to spend money on food and alcohol and it seems absurd that the same $40 you spent could have been 2oz of silver that would be worth $180 today. That's like turning an hour of work into a day of work simply by understanding the opportunity cost of consumption. To take the analogy to the extreme of 1:1 GSR, that $40 spent could in the future be worth 2oz of hold or close to $9000 of purchasing power.
It sucks that the masses will all be ripped off because they were all hoarding credit. But maybe we all deserve to suffer for being so passive and complacent in the affairs of our country.

Majority of the stack should be whatever's cheapest, if you think something will be more liquid but is more expensive put maybe 1/3 of your stack into that.
Liquidity DOES matter a lot, but you won't be cashing out 1/3 of your stack at a time unless you're a retard, therefore 1/3 gives you a good healthy amount of liquidity.

that and the lack of transparency, even a heavily redacted mint quote to hide personal details is what got my alarms going off. Sucks cause I wanted the round to be made and funded the OG back when. It's odd that he waited until now when the price was super volatile to start the project instead of the crabbing years. Maybe some other anon will take up the project in a more honest way, but for now, I'm out and won't even risk a single round. At 50$, I might have, but the way the price is going now, no no no.

They can't turn off the buy button to kill buy pressure. It's a commodity with way too many eyes on it and way too many hands setting prices globally. COMEX can do whatever they want, Shanghai et al. will still have a market. The main question is if buy pressure and liquidity are real. No one who really knows what's going on is talking.
