It got so bad they merged Copilot into M365 (one of their most steady and profitable arms) to hide the losses and are now throwing Copilot into their new licensing SKU (E7). Copilot itself is lagging behind Google and even ChatGPT and its ability to integrate into Microsoft's services leave much to be desired. I am sure Microsoft will figure it out long term like they have with other products and itll become business critical but you might be bag holding for a while.
