Why do American stocks live life on easy mode? If Intel was a company from literally any other country, it would be trading down in the single digits, but because it's American, the market pumps it up into the heavens. It's just so fucking stupid.

dont know about the rest, but hood basically trades like bitcoin
and bitcoin will likely bottom some time in october if the 4 year cycle is still intact (and it looks like it is)
so buy hood in october ish
or better yet, just buy bitcoin honestly.

and I think bitcoin is about to correct out of the current bear rally and crash again. so there's that.

america has a lot of advantages compared to other countries
though I agree intel is pumping irrationally right now. no earnings, and its forward pe is now 120 or whatever. it has gotten way over hyped.

I know I'm tilting at windmills, but please stop using leveraged investments. Just buy a little stock and sit on it. you people don't understand intel. it was having bad quarters because it has so many foundries that were idling and costing them money. you can blah blah blah about it's products but if you zoom out, they have 10% of worldwide semiconductor capacity and that share is growing, it's concentrated towards the leading edge, and now they have bleeding edge foundries, 2 generations of them. they are a peer of taiwan semi and trade at a fraction of valuation on a price to book basis. earnings can inflect massively, they can also crater again buyer beware, but sminiconfluxer demand is now over $1 trillion/year, growing double digit. that's going to shift between gpu/cpu/memory based on market factors, but the drought is over for intel, and the factors that led to it have changed.

the IPO surge is a top signal. and the biggest ipos ever haven't happened yet. so the top is not yet in
or, alternatively, if the top is in already and the stock market starts to crash, those IPOs just won't happen. the companies will wait until the next top of the cycle

It's really something else.
Take Nintendo for example. Pretty sure it should still be in the archives, I was complaining in 2018 when the Switch was selling like hotcakes that its PE was like, 11 or something ridiculous. It was literally printing money, had a incredible cash treasure cushion, absolutely zero debt, high margins, and yet it didn't do shit while you had electronic arts or whatever shit at 70 PE.
Fucking incomprehensible. If it was listed on the memedaq, its value would have been 4x.
Thankfully it retraced in the following years, but it took fucking covid for that. As if it changed anything (it didn't). But somehow the stupid vibe was that this event changed everything regarding the stock. American markets are completely fucktarded.

I'd normally agree, but the world unironically won't last until then if she remains closed.
Unless both SpaceX and OPPAI happen in June but it doesn't look that way.
Also if they somehow speed it up, you'll know it's coming.

Nintendo had a monopoly on the gaming market in the 80s and 90s, it was insane. What they are now is a stagnating company with a bunch of cash in reserve and getting destroyed like in the WiiU days

if they decided tomorrow to shit out pay to win zelda mobile games they would probably save themselves but they're way too conservative with their IP

;_; but I want to be rich now. I'm a neet for now and would prefer to just get wealthy enough to stay a neet. Most of my best boons were years ago. If only I got such a huge win today, the likelihood of me losing said wealth gain would be low.

Good, that's exactly what will make them still be alive in 100 years.
Also I wasn't talking about the now, as its value is now way up and it was completely overpriced as of a few months ago (for which I also made an alert), but I was talking about the situation in 2018.
Nothing you said is relevant to my first post regarding valuation standards between different economic zones.

oh cool, so ai can make video games like the 80s now
very nice
I am interested to know when they can start making games like the 90s
mario 64, zelda oot, final fantasy whatever, pokemon even just red and blue would be interesting
but 3d games like that.
then we are really cooking with gas. that will revolutionize the gaming industry
and btw, people should short video game stocks for that reason. just like "ai kills software" destroyed IGV
