That's literally not even remotely what he said. He said he invests conservatively and misses big moves (see >>62186674) to do well in a non-aggressive appetite of investment. Why be dishonest or is this actually a foreign concept to you? Ripple themselves hold the overwhelming majority of their treasury in XRP.

Why do they need XRP at all? Gas fees for settlement? The amount of transactions that would need to happen to ever have a measurable effect on XRP supply would be more than all of the transactions in the world that exist.
