They're imagining degenerates using margin at over 50% of account value to buy 3x ETFs or options or something.The best way to leverage margin is to buy some smaller percentage, maybe up to 20% or so (really changes based on your risk) to simultaneously hold multiple stocks that you otherwise wouldn't want to split your cash between.And if your question is "What do I do if I get heemed?", that's why you keep it at those percentages, and ensure the main body of your investment is something considered safe, like the S&P.Doing this, I have been able to hold stocks like FNMA that I'm waiting to do their thing (FUCKING HURRY UP AND MAKE IT PUBLIC AGAIN) while also shifting into stuff like POET or DRAM.
