SpaceX has become indispensable to the US military industrial and space exploration complex and it’s barely just getting started on its capabilities. Blue Origin’s failure this week just cements SpaceX’s dominance in the US space sector which means it has a global hegemony and functionally 0 competitors in the field of commercially available rockets, not to mention privately owned satellite constellations. Their only “competition” is the full weight of the Chinese state subsidizing cost-inefficient single use rockets, but those are strictly for Chinese use. European, Asian and South American countries have no alternative and won’t for decades, thus they will need to rely on SpaceX to put satellites in orbit in order to not fall behind even more than they already are compared to US. I plan on buying and holding for decades
