There was a weird pedophile namefag called Scoops that held SOXL/TQQQ/FNGU for years into like an 90% drawdown and he kept just buying more and never sold even when SOXL was like $7. You can take on cheaper leverage with a credit card

>apply for 2 year no APR credit card
>max it out to buy your investments
>use profits from investments to pay monthly payments
>one year later
>apply for another credit card
>repeat
>one more year later do a balance transfer on your 0 APR credit card to a new credit card. Pay 3% balance transfer fee to new credit card with 0 APR for 2 years
Bam. You're leveraging without interest compounding. You just, after two years, pay 3% interest on the BT fee. It doesn't even compound interest

It beats the fuck out of inflation. You can't beat that interest, even with a half down mortgage with locked rates from 2020

personal loan for cash -> move the personal loan to 0% APR credit card

there are tons of ways to use credit cards in the stock market dude

They can't just code the transaqction as a cash advance. You don't get cash advance unless you set it up, and get a pin for your credit card. Just never apply for cash advance or request a pin. You have to use a pin with cash advance. So if your order needs a pin try another place.

Why bother with a credit card? You can incorporate and buy bullion or treasuries, then use it as collateral to trade a 500:1 leverage forex account, going long on USDJPY, collecting carry and then feed that back into collateralized bonds and then buy SOXL 0dte calls
>>
>>62621194

How does /biz/ rate my plans for an investment portfolio?
Im mainly planning to invest in product the avarage joe is consuming or dependant I.E
cars grocery/fast food chains consumer electronics tobaco
I worked a Tradie job and we almost always went to eat at aldis backery section to get some snack for lunch and almost everyone either smoked heavily or vaped so im planning on investing in greggs and such
Cars are also an obvius thing everyone needs a car our entire infrastrucutre is based around it so not investing in the car market when its a guarented money sink makes no sense to me
Consumer electronics everyone needs
It can be small stuff like mice and keyboards or a new tv or refrigerator
Im thinking of 20% cars 30% Consumer electronics 40% Grocerys and fastfood and 10% other stuff like pharmaceuticals and tobako
Am i crazy should i just go for a standard etf?

as long as that exposure is actually the car market and not manufacturers. most car companies are heavy into the luxuryness. no one who *needs* a car buys a new one. The new car market went from 20,000 economically viable low margin high sales to 60,000 luxury goods with high margin low sales.

I dont hate it, not the worst portfolio smg has produced. do you plan to get any broad market etf.

Everyone I know says cars cost too much but these same people will buy a 60k truck. Nissan stopped selling the versa, the cheapest car in America, cause not even broke niggers were buying them. Americans are all obsessed with trucks and SUVs and it's the gayest shit ever.

first off, youre dyslexic anon. i think the price on being wrong about AI is just too high. and an AI bubble popping will make most companys' stock price to decline regardless of the sector, for the most part. So it really should have SOME market exposure in my opinion.
>what do you recomend? Im not that familair with car part supliers
AutoZone or Oreily's. its been awhile since I looked into them, just avoid Advance Auto Parts (AAP). Also need to keep an eye on tariffs and USCMA progress.

The most clear cut car market investment would be a car. Some appreciate in reality. Hondas and Toyotas have gone parabolic. But other than that, maybe anyone who deals in used cars, besides the aforementioned auto parts stores.

My two cents
>>
How do you cope with us really living inside of a simulation?

Millions of worlds are being run on a computer, so the computer can model behaviour and outcomes during expotential technological singularities. Technological singularities are so unpredictable that it needs to run experiments with as much detail we have. Our parent computer is in the "future" to us, and for it, it's running a simulation on its own past.

It might even be modelling whole worlds to trade the stock market, or probably, more accurately, to predict the future in its own reality. The finer grain of detail a simulation has, if it can filter out the noise, the better the model is. And computers would easily be able to filter out the noise in our simulation.

Oracle's yields are trading with junk bond yields but are still credited as "investment grade" so it stays in a lot of etfs like BND. So theres money in shorting in

Nike is dogshit. Only a retard will buy Nikes for $200 thinking they are different than any other brand shoe. Even Wal Mart sells them save exact shoes without the logo with slightly cheaper materials. The most comfortable shoes I bought were a $9 pair of wal mart slip ons with $15 Dr Shoals inserts. They lasted a year and gave zero fucks what people thought about my shoes. I then bought a pair of bootleg Air Force 1’s off temu for $30. Pearly white one year later and I wear them all the time as well. I get complimented all the time as to what brand they are. Tell them they are knock offs and they see they don’t look like knock offs. Nike is getting cooked by Chinese factories selling the same shoes except cheaper while still turning an easy 500% profit. Nikes greedy Jew behavior will be their downfall.

>Trump floats military ‘intervention’ in bond markets as Treasury yields soar

>President Donald Trump has floated the idea that the military might somehow step in to help control bond markets. He made the offhand remark just before getting on Air Force One on Friday, August 21, when reporters asked him about Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s push to lower the stubbornly high yields on long-term government bonds.

>This happened right after the Treasury Department caught Wall Street off guard on Wednesday; it said it would double its purchases of long-term government bonds next month. The goal here is to bring down borrowing costs, which spiked to a 19-year high on the 30-year Treasury yield only days earlier. At first, the news sent bond prices soaring and yields dropping, but it didn’t last. Yields went back up, and now nobody seems sure what comes next.

If you're an AI bull

you should be in manufacturing and infrastructure. The sector isn't very correlated with AI. Yeah, Caterpillar is, but it's only a few names. You can still get infrastructure sort of cheap. And if an AI boom really takes off, infrastructure is going to be right up there with the hyperscalers.

And if there's a robot boom following AI, infrastructure is going to go absolutely nuts. There's not enough shit of anything to build a billion robots. Those are factories that would have to be made. And if you use robots to scale even faster, infrastructure is still the bottleneck, and materials.

so if you actually believe in the AI bull thesis, you need to be in infrastructure and materials as well.

rates crush slim margin traditional economy shit.
the hyperscalers have margins up to the moon. yeah, if you're a traditional economy fuck and rates go up, and you've got a 5% margin, rates will fuck you up and crush your profits down to nothing because your margin doesn't make up for your debt interest.

but if you're a hyperscaler with 80% margin you can piss rising rates away like they're nothing. come back when the 30 year rates are 30% and we can reevaluate rates crippling the hyperscalers.
>>
How much can hyperscalers earn if open source models become dominant and replace proprietary models?
>>
>>62622006

You think you do, but you dont. If anything you can understand something on hindsight, which is kind of pointless. The market can go peepee poopoo mode on a tweet, the picture changes every day and economists doing all kind of mental gymnastics to justify a story that aligns with their own positions is meaningless. At the same time, nothing ever happens. It's more useful to learn about risk management than correlations that might collapse the next day. It's all random numbers attached to a trend that may or may not exist for a time window in the short term.

He's found out that he usually gets most of what he wants by threatening to leave alliances so he'll try and shakedown US allies again. I expect him to change his line from minimum spending commitments to outright buying US debt for protection in a modern version of the Athenian Empire.

The problem is that it has diminishing returns as Congress has started building in more and more protections while Canada and Greenland showed that it only works to a point before either his own party threatens to throw him from office or the Europeans start growing a backbone. Unlike Athens if you don't pay for the navy then nothing happens and every knows it. But obviously if it works it also becomes a long-term problem as the Saudis recently showed by making Trump back down on attacking Iran again with a threat to dump treasuries.

For me it's getting a good quality instant coffee. Peruvian or, if you can find it, single-source Costa Rican. Milk in first and stir until foamy in daddy's big mug.

I'm slowly reinventing coffee autism by adding Sunflower Lecithin Powder and taking Methyl B12 with L-Methylfolate beforehand. The powder thickens the coffee up while giving a huge dose of acetylcholine to maintain cognitive function all day.

Nah we're still in the buildout stage and will stay there until the end of the decade. Your best bet isn't the electric company and it's shown this year when you look at the niche supply-chain small caps providing the cables and fans for data centres.

don't get stuck holding MCD, NKE or WMT

all that shit is dieing and only boomers and neo boomers view them as an acceptable place to store and grow wealth instead of dieing AIDS infested retard companies

don't buy the dip on booze or cigarettes either. zoomers all vape or use zyn or whatever its 99% cheaper and relatively healhier. weed isn't a good asset either because the production is 1000x the demand so prices rock bottom forever.

buy diapers and energy companies instead.

I use a French press. all the machines are pretty gross. they grow fucking mold in all the tubing and they are nigger tier technology where the water is wayyyy too hot and fucks the flavor of the coffee

get beans, grinder, french press. all way cheaper than any tranny tech shit full of mold but has a glowing touch screen. its cozy as fuck/tastes way better.

"technology" is really fucking gay most of the time

Are you not aware that correctly brewed french press coffee is brewed hotter than drip coffee machines by about 40 more degrees
>>
>>62622367

nigger I don't care what some tranny said the best way to do it is you take the water off the heat as soon as it starts to bubble. low heat nigger.

the absolutely best coffee if you have autism and want to do it is making cold brew.

less heat, more time exposure = better coffee.

MCD is 2% div breh. its not even good at being a divvy company. its dieing boomer slop, place to sell drugs, place to take a shit while driving down the highway, buying the top of real estate.

they should start charging $2 to use the toilets and just turn into a toilet fee company like places in Europe do. hire some guy to sit on a stool in front of the doors selling tickets.

You pour basically boiling water over the grounds. The glass will absorb a portion of the heat and the rest will disappate so you dont get boiling water the whole time. The drip machine sprayer heads are also retarded and don't properly spray the coffee bed so you get a channeling in the grounds. If you drink 3-4 cups in the morning, just get a chemex (pour able design, easy to hold, large mouth so you only need to add water 2-3 times to fill the flask

French press coffee is very oily. If you have a flavored coffee or one from the roaster whose oils are tasty and not overpowering it's good. A light or medium roast will end up sitting in the French press too long and extract off flavors

If you ignore all the noise between US-Canada you notice that the main industries aren't impacted. It's all stuff like wood pulp because they both know it will be a shitstorm if they escalate, neither Canada nor the US can mess with the oil and gas just like they both have farmers lobbies in a careful balance.

For breakfast, I just had a couple of hot dogs, vitamins and some cheap Maxwell House coffee I got 25% off on sale a month ago. Going to dose with modafinil in a bit.

I had a bad dream set during my childhood, where I got left behind and was on my own in the next town over, was looking for a place with cheap food before I beginning the long, multi-hour walk home along the highway. Ran into some kids from my kindergarten years who used to be friends, but they all ostracized and ignored me. Ended up walking alone, and every fast food and convenience store was closed or told me to go somewhere else.

Woke up feeling awful, like I got punched in the gut.
