Afaik the only good kemono anime is bna but some of the character designs are quite westernised

To be honest, I've cooled off quite a bit on Trigger over the years as well. Around Promare, it felt to that they have the same essential themes in almost every anime they produce, and I am a great fan of those themes. Nonetheless, Kill la Kill is still a ton of fun.
