I thought you were fooling me at first but apparently scorpion tobasco actually is a thing.
Is it any good? What's the flavor profile like?

Green works better for eggs.
>>
>>20415586
Does green go well on the normal stuff that regular does? I debated getting some but I wasn't sure if it was just gonna be a sour verde sauce...
>>
>>20415598
I use it with chicken and pork, including sausage, but with beef I use regular or chipotle.
>>
>>20415601
Thanks, I might get a bottle. I was disappointed by the heat rating it has though
>>
>>20415586
nah classic red is the tits for eggs
green goes good on Mexican burritos and stuff
generally anything with meat+cheese like chicken or steak
>>
>>20415560
'basco on the 'log?

now that's what I call 'ased
>>
>>20415580
It's decent. A little less fruity than the habanero one and quite a lot spicier, more than you'd expect from Tabasco. It's hard to explain but I definitely recommend giving it a try, it's widely available and not too expensive.

If you use enough, the vinegar in the hot sauce will actually cook a raw egg without even needing heat.

It's about the Siracha though.
Does it exist outside my central European and very rich country?

I bought the "milder jalapeno" about a month ago. so far I haven't found a good use for it. I like my variety, but to me the classic 'basco just works.

OP do you blast it with both at once (aka double fisting)?

>>20416132

>>
>>20416156
Hm might have to pick up a bottle to try. I didn't know Tobasco made Sriracha. What's the spice/heat profile on that?
>>
>>20416347
You sound like a 12year old fag
>>
>>20416388
Checked. Yes, the tobasco at this point is just a must. It's that baseline, like salt n pepper. I've tried all the big name sauces on eggs, but nothing quite beate Tobasco. Nothing comes close. I only recently started adding the habanero. The extra heat really brings it home.
>>
>>20417862
Funny, but I've never been a hot sauce fag. My BIL was one at some point. I like shit to taste good, not sweat lava out my asshole.
>>
>>20417871
>OP do you blast it with both at once (aka double fisting)?
No, so what I've been doing the past couple days (only just bought the habanero for thr first time) is I'll pour my baseline OG 'basco then sprinkle the habanero where i might have missed some spots. Kinda pricy for a small bottle so i wanna conserve.

it has guava and pineapple in it so it's vaguely sweet. I don't like original tabasco but the scorpion is actually worth having a bottle around. it's less overpoweringly vinegary than the og.

Probably the Arizona Pepper's organic jalepeno. It's got a really good flavor and a but of sweetness from the red ripe jalepenos that balances it really well. It's a little expensive though.
>>20418059
>helluva steal of a price on Crystal
There were three bottles on the little clearance shelf at the back of the store. I was going to grab all three, but decided to leave one for someone else.
>How's that Truff though?
Kinda underwhelming. It's not bad, especially if you like the flavor of truffles, but not really very spicy. Not worth the price IMO. I mix it 50/50 with ketchup to make spicy truffle ketchup.

I am totally not an expert on Sirachas, but I went through like three of the standard types, then ended up with this.
Pic related is the ingredients, an American version may differ. It's a really comfortable heat for me, just right to give my food a little kick. Also love the garlic, it's prominent, but that's just right for me.

Any love for the garlic Tabasco? It seems to be one of the hardest to find but I do enjoy it on eggs, pasta, pizza etc.

I hope you dab on him every single day by doing this, every single mcnugget sauce is over processed garbage and I'm tired of people pretending they're good.
>>
>>20421403
Da Bomb is absolutely ass. The only time it is actually viable is when you put a drop or two into a dish to increase the heat without significantly impacting the overall flavor, but at that point why not just use something like cayenne powder?

Chipotle Tabasco is absolutely delicious. It's my favorite hot sauce. I also like the Jalapeño Tabasco for a different flavor and basically no heat.
