Me, Spaghetti alla napoletana con salsiccia e parmigiano. It was very nice, I would rate it 8/10 for a pasta plate. The sauce was nice and tomato-ee, not too sour, and mostly left unmolested by the sausage meat taste. The sausage was nice and crisp, contrasting with the sauce but not too sharply as not to feel out of place. The sauce consistency and Parmesan matched great together, creating a silky texture enveloping the pasta. The spaghetti were cooked to perfect al dente and I'm fairly proud about getting it right two times in a row (I finish cooking the pasta in the sauce so it's just a wee bit trickier than simply following the instructions on the box)Getting better at the whole red sauce thing, I think.

>>20423898Yes. Bread is a way of life. Making a sourdough one tomorrow.
>>20423839Perfect amount of parm and pepper on that for me, nice job.>>20423877Very handsome, was there butter action? As for me I made some quinoa in the instant pot but I accidentally poured a small silicone cap into the drain so I had to hold part of the lid closed with a spoon and steamed my hand (it’s an Albany specialty).
