If this isn't your late night, hungover snack, what are you even doing?
>tin of mackerel fillets in tomato sauce
>big squeeze of mayonnaise
>lemon juice
>salt and pepper
>>
>>20631705
I don't like the texture of mackerels.
Maybe it's different when they are in a tomato sauce but I sincerely doubt that.
>>
>>20631705
weirdo
>>
>>20631713
texture? first time ive heard someone complaining about that with mackerel usually its the fat/oil, mackerel texture is just a firmer cod, at least to me
>>
>>20631727
I mean the ones what I have eaten have their little bones in them and such.
Well maybe I'll try again when I get groceries tomorrow.
>>
>>20631705
Fish burps put an end to my late night mack-ops.
Fish burps.
>>
>>20631752
okay, i get it then yea sure
>a whole smoked mackerel
>plenty of butter, like more then you think
>lemon slices and dill
>very thinly sliced potatoes, veeeery thin
>in the oven for, 20ish minutes
great introduction to mackerel
>>
>>20631705
Why are you hungover at night?
>>
>>20631772
You know what, I mixed mackerel with sardines...
I think I have a dementia.
>>

i was at a gathering of long term friends for my buddy who just got married to his gf, we drank, drank A LOT
decide, yea, that enough and head for the bus and metro for home
after the metro, while waiting for the but i notice some people struggling on the other side of the road
dumb drunk brain kicks in yell "need help?"
(thinking they are gonna say no, they yell yes
Adrenaline dump engaged.
was some drugged the fuck out guy, not gross, not violent, but cant hold himself up, not responsive, but breating
call authorities, wait for a loooong time for anyone to turn up

was supposed to be home 02.00, was home 06.00
>>
>>20631802
Why wouldn't I believe that?
I sobered up on a park bench at 1700 after my BIL's bachelor party
I fell asleep sitting up on the bench and the next day my left side and left side only was sunburned
Just wanted to hear how you earned that one
>>
>>20631809
>Why wouldn't I believe that?
because 90% of poster on this god forsaken board are chronically contrarian

atleast the police that showed up were cool, and i still had two cigs and a beer in my backpack when i got home after babysitting that drooling druggie
>>
>>20631705

Oh don't bother minding about those guys, most of them haven't put in a lot of time here, anyway
The rest of us just ignore the new BS and learn to zero in on the real people here, we're good at it, no matter how long you've been here, never let the new shit bog you down or get under your skin

wasting stomach space on canned fish, youll never be alcoholic that way
>>
>>20631854
>youll never be alcoholic that way
unfortunately, when i get depressed and go on a bender, when i recover i will basically just be cold sweating and shaking for 2-3 days, the shaking is the worst
>>
>>20631867
everyone in my life says i'm an alcoholic but I never get any withdrawl symptoms like that
sometimes a headache in the morning, but it wears off within an hour of work and i'm consciously able to admit I drank in excess the night before
>>
>>20631705
looks nasty but I'm glad you enjoy it. my hungover snack is a joint and a poutine

I can't get over bones. I'm trying but its hard. Crackers help. How do I become a deenz man? Or mackerel. W.e canned fish. Rn I'm just a silly tuna boi.
>>
>>20632382
I like putting em on salt and vinegar chips
>>
>>20631705
I had rosół when drunk last night and this morning I had scrambled eggs with pan fried hot dogs.
>>
>>20632382
buy a can of boneless, and a can with bones, mix them, over time, slowly add less and less boneless until you dont even notice anymore
>>
>>20633132
does this still work if I'm allergic to them
>>
>>20632382
Stay away from mackerel and tuna. The big fish are full of mercury and other contaminants. Smaller forage fish like herring and sardines are relatively clean, as far as seafood goes. Personally, I prefer smokey kipper herring to the fishier deenz. I splash some Worcestershire sauce right into the can.
>>
>>20631705
Ruined with mayo
>>
>>20633989
>full of mercury and other contaminants
so are you, caring about it to the extent of avoiding certain fish is stoopid
>>
>>20634002
Doctors recommend no more than three 8 oz cans of tuna per month, for an adult. They're full of toxins. Shark and tuna has about 100x the mercury of herring.

This doesn't help me become manly bone eater. This is good and I've tried before.

>>20633132
I could probably just chew on bones more, I guess. I'm not keeping open cans around to try and fool myself, lol.

>>20633989
Eh, I'm gonna die anyway. I drink n smoke n haven't been eating healthy for a bit. Ill take the tuna metals. Thanks for the helpful advice, tho!
