As the title says, I've been asked to make a couple items for a get together but I don't really know what I should make.
I was originally planning on creme brulee but I don't have any ramekins or other suitable vessels for it. Any recommendations?

The RIGHT answer is to make mini pavlovas with different fruits because you can do all the bottom bits in advance and then top them with different fruit later.
bonus points: just bring a bunch of the bases and chopped fruit that's been slightly sugar-glazed and let people build their own pavlovas.
>but I NEED more
Ok make carrot cake cupcakes with buttercream frosting too
