Bacon Bones in to the pot (not to be confused with the Pirate of the same name) with some rosemary and peppercorns.
>>20635356you should put the pirate in the pot
Found a leek in the fridge. Guess it just found it's purpose in life.
Leek, carrot and celery.
Should Big Pig use onions or shallots?

Time for the Blitzkrieging Bop
Soup.
Meat back in. I've got some cream I need to use and I read a Martha Stewart recipe for pea and ham soup about a decade ago that used cream so I guess it's going in.
>>20635852Good call, pork and cream work really well together in soups and stew. Looks pretty similar to pea and pork soup that's pretty common in nordic countries. Usually goes well with adding mustard and thyme when you prep a bowl.
Going through the seasoning process.
>>20635874What sort of mustard? Do you just dollop some in?
>>20635879>>20635874Should I just whack a teaspoon in the pot and some dried thyme?
>>20635879I'd typically go with some stone ground or sweeter mustard because dijon might be too sharp. Could work though. Basically just use a spoon and drizzle in circular motion. It's usually best if you add it to the bowl itself, not the pot you cook it all in
Fuck it. Mustard and thyme.
>>20635906Yeah just do it to taste. The reason people usually add it to the bowl is because everyone have different taste in how much mustard flavor they want, but if you're cooking for yourself that doesn't really matter i guess
>>20635910That's dope. I usually put thyme in, I don't know why I didn't today. Bringing it to heat then it's Soup.
Soup
Lol just joking. Having eggs on toast.
