This is the closest thread I can find without opening up a new thread myself.... I have started drinking Kefir and so far I have only used one brand. It was always the texture of like a thick milk.I just bought a new brand and it's coming out like cottage cheese. Is this spoilt? It doesn't smell off, it smells like the other product but maybe the added flavoring is just hiding the rancid smell?Is this safe to consume? What is kefir actually supposed to be like?
