Highballs are good. I normally make them myself with Toki
>>
For me, it's chu-high.
Emphasis on the chU, you fart-sniffing t*kyo faggots.

Who the fuck buys premade highballs? It's two ingredients. I can only imagine canned highballs tasting like shit.

Campari soda, whisky soda, and gin/tonic are my favorites.

Toki isn't bad, but it's pretty overpriced for what it is. The same can be said for almost all Japanese whisky nowadays though. I miss the days when I could get a bottle of Hibiki for $60. The price has come down a little bit recently to around $80, but there was a while where you were lucky to find it under $100.

Your taste buds simply didn't agree with Japanese food.
There are many people who find Japanese food delicious.

There's a chain of "English" pubs in Japan called Hub, and when I lived there in 2017 they had huge Glenmorangie highballs for like 300 yen at happy hour. There was one that was right near my work and only one stop away from my apartment on the train so I used to go there all the time. Looks like it's more than double that now though, I guess it makes sense with it being imported and the yen in the shitter.
