Mutton heart mid-rare, Colby jack, tomato, lettuce, fresh jalapeƱo, garlic, salt, pepper.

I admit to cheating with Mission brand shells.

basically the same cointertop ans cabinet scheme also.

we love our GE convection. we replaced the aluminum (or whatever metal) griddle with cast iron. the original coated one started bubbling/cracking from high heat steak sear usage. it's a GE OEM replacement, just better.

I did fish tacos tonight with some cod my uncle caught on a recent fishing trip. Mango salsa, feta cheese, and some Roma tomato, soft corn tortillas because I'm not a tool.

If there are any fish taco fans out there, how do you prepare your fish? I pan fried mine with olive oil but I think I'm overcooking it. It didn't taste very fishy which I guess is good but it got super flaky and fell to teeny tiny pieces. Did I cook it too fast because I was an impatient glutton? I'm too lazy to take a photo right now but I saved some for a postmortem to figure out where I fucked up.

It was also slightly frozen when I threw it in and I cut it into smaller pieces to compensate instead of doing the whole fillet because I'm used to making stir-fry.
