Me, I prefer my sushi to be overstuffed and get my money's worth.

Agreed, cunt. the fish is the only good part anyway. Nothing worse than a pathetic, skimpy salmon or tuna roll. Considering the price of ingredients any customer should be insulted by a shitty portion of fish in their plain rolls. In my area around $7 for a roll like this (6 pcs) is about standard, and considering I can go across the street and get a peruvian half chicken for $12 they better stuff their little salmon rolls for me or they can get fucked.

Maki rolls aren't supposed to be lots of fish and little else. Maki rolls are a rice snack with some flavour. Nigiri is sushi that really taste of fish, and sashimi is get too.

Then why do you get rolls, are you a mega-retard? You should just get sashimi.

I agree. Maki is mostly for the texture of the seaweed and rice. If I go to a good sushi place I go for sashimi almost every time. If it's a cheaper place usually nigiri if their rice is good.

That's true if the sushi rice is from a bad sushi restaurant.
Therefore, a Japanese sushi chef cannot become a full-fledged sushi chef until he or she has cooked sushi rice more than 10,000 times.
