Yes.can't do #6 but not for lack of trying. it's not a flavor issue, it's texture. it's like meat flavored toothpaste.we raise our own livestock, of many types. we eat everything but the moo. if we can't eat it, the dog does. if he won't touch it, it goes to the chickens. if chickens reject it, it's goes in the compost.

I like the way Koreans do it. Flattop grill with a propane burner and marinated or plain prepared tripe cut and cleaned into gopchang style fatty bits. Dip it in sesame oil with a little salt in it after its crispy and follow with some alcohol and cigarettes and a shouting match with some 5'5-5'6 unbridled whore on the corner.
the very first item I got in RDR2 was that stupid offal, it was my companion the whole gameplay, never ate it.
Shiro yakitori is the absolute best yakitori. Made with the small intestine.

Veal sweetbreads are unironically one of my all time favorite foods.
