I also don't eat salad. I just can't stand any of it. Pickle makes me sick and most salad greens i just chew for 10 minutes straight before forgetting what I was doing. The closest I've done was just plain cabbage with some vineagar. That was tolerable.The noodle thing seems like it could help, and maybe I could make something with tomato, but as a fellow non-fatty i never had a real need to experiment with it.
