I've been eating pretty healthy lately but am getting tired of adding hot sauce to everything, any ideas for sauces I can use for lean meats and vegetables that's relatively healthy? I'm aiming more sauces that aren't too high in calories so while I consider pesto sauce to be somewhat healthy I tend not to use it since oil based sauces tend to be pretty high in calories.
