What do I do with these? Ive only had these on tacos. Are they only good eaten raw or can you cook them? Any notable recipes involving radishes? Thanks
i usually just have them thinly sliced into a salad to add a bit of zing and i think they are usually to be had in that uncooked form, but you can certainly have a crack at cooking them.https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/collection/radish-recipes

Thinly sliced in a salad. They taste kind of like spicy dirt.

>>20919151I slice the radish as thinly as I can and pour over some rice wine vinegar for a quick pickletake the greens, thoroughly wash them, and do something like >recipe related>melt about 2 spoons of butter, diced onion in, 3 crushed garlic cloves in, small diced carrot in. few minutes later add diced 2 medium potatoes then add about 1l of stock (i've used mostly vegetable with some beef one i had left). season with salt&pepper, herbes de provence and bit of cayenne, add a spoon of apple cider vinegar. cook for about 20 minutes till the veggies are soft. add washed radish leaves from 2 bunches of radishes. cook for another few minutes. then blend everything and add some cream. wa laworks for any leafy greens
I eat them raw.Very good.
