I can’t stand Americans who never even saw the real thing calling panettone dry, it makes me beyond mad. This shit has entire sticks of butter inside, it’s made with sourdough which is older than all of us and it’s full of yolks which add even more fat solubles inside and if you get the ones with fruit inside you need to account the moisture of that too. Also, again, if you’re in the USA you can buy good panettone too. You just need to read our suggestions here posted every single year.https://www.thisisfromroy.com/The one above is the best you can have ultra fresh, made in usa.

This is the best one you can buy on Amazon in the USA, made in Italy.https://www.amazon.com/Fiasconaro-Panettone-Traditional-Italian-Christmas/dp/B000YHZ0U4/Check for other tastes than the classic one.Albertengo, Tre Marie and Vergani are another good choices for mid tier panettone.Other mid tier panettoni can be found here, they are updated every week: https://www.eataly.com/us_en/holiday-market/panettone
whats the best panetone to buy in austrialia specifically perth?
For European anon, generic shop which ships to Europe:https://www.corso101.com/en/panettoni-513>High tier: Infermentum, Sal de Riso, Corso 1882, Tiri, Bonci>Notable mid tier: Baladin (beer panettone must buy), Albertengo, Fiasconaro, Galbusera, Scarpato, Filippi
>>20972611Look for Italian bakeries and check them in person, they usually sell panettone by the slice so you can taste before ordering. You can always ask them to make you a small panettone if you’re unsure. If you want to go import look for the brands posted above on your stores.
