instant pot / pressure cooker. from frozen to fully cooked in 30 minutes.
>>20975712Does it need liquid or is it good to go? I typically buy air chilled and dry brine beforehand.
>>20975738>>20975738>Does it need liquid or is it good to go?yes you need liquid, but not much.pressure cookers work by building up steam pressure inside the chamber. You need liquid that evaporates into steam.Put 1 cup of chicken broth into the bottom of the pot, or water if you want to season the chicken yourself.Use the trivet rack, and the chicken wont even be touching the bottom of the pot, so it doesn't get all wet.

>>20975637Stop being a pussy and eat it raw.
>>20975637The most efficient way is breaded and baked. Use regular bread crumbs, panko, whatever you want. Then add your seasonings of choice. I feel like salt, garlic powder, and onion powder are a must. No need to egg washing or anything. Just cover the surface in the crumbs and bake at 400 F for 30 minutes. Could be on a rack, could be on a regular sheet. Extremely easy, no hassle. The breading absorbs the escaping fats and crisps up nicely.

>>20975748I slightly overcooked it, but the end result was good anyway. A couple more attempts dialing it in and I could see this being my default way of cooking chicken.
