I bought a half gallon of Blue Bell ice cream because I thought BB was supposed to be this super quality brand.
But look at what’s in this shit.
>Picrel is the ingredients label for the “Cookie Two Step” flavor.
I mean it’s good as shit—don’t get me wrong—but I thought ice cream was just milk, sugar, cream, ice, and salt.
What normal ice cream could possibly need soybean oil? Is it impossible to find just normal ice cream nowadays that is not bioengineered goy cream?

ur fat. go away.
>>
>>20976184
The oil is in the cookie dough.

I like to pander to poor lonely walmart employees.
>>
>>20976184
So it has milk 3 ways, cookie dough, chocolate cookies and sugar.
>>
>>20976184
90% of the ingredients are from the cookies and additions, so yeah .
>>
If that bothers you just buy vanilla ice cream. All of the extra ingredients come from the cookie in the ice cream, and even then the ingredients aren’t that crazy.calm your tits

people really need to figure out how to fucking read an ingredients list
>>
>>20976237
Yeah u are right. I didn’t think of it coming from the cookies. I will stick to regular vanilla or chocolate.
>>
>>20976277
oh nooo
cookies are made of ingredients?!?
my god how has no one made ingredientless food yet
>>
>>20976280
Why are you such an uppity faggot?
Yeah, I don’t want a bunch of fuckkng seed oils and goyslop in my ice cream. I rarely eat sweets but when I do, id like to limit the chemicals and shit Im putting into my body.
You must be obese.
>>
>>20976184
OMG food has ingredients

>seed oils and goyslop in my ice cream

dear fucking god people are really sliding into complete retardation
it's like you heard a few buzzwords and saw a bunch of text on some food you bought and decided the buzzwords mean your food is bad
>>
>>20976308
That doesnt work because all of those ingredients are just vitamins and actual sugars not HFCS, notice how it doesn't include any "preservative" or some shit
>>
>>20976184
>hfcs twice
Do amerifats really.
>>
Unfortunately you'll be hard pressed to enjoy anything that comes from a brand name, like Oreo are never going to release a cookie that is literally just flour, cane sugar, chocolate made just from cocoa and butter, they just aren't interested.

Your only option is to make your own ice cream using fresh cream and vanilla bean

Do you want to avoid putting unnecessary chemicals into your body? Then make your own stuff.
>>
>>20976357
>they just aren't interested
it also wouldn’t be shelf stable, which is a major reason why this isn’t done.
>>
>>20976439
And yet you can buy all of those ingredients fresh off the shelf
>>
>>20976184
absolute best flavor, didnt read your blogpost though i couldnt give less of a fuck
>>
>>20976184
>>20976250
yeah, OP you’re retarded, cream and milk are still a huge proportion of the ice-cream.

Ingredients listed FIRST are the ingredients with the highest volume/quantity in a recipe.

As for the “muh soybeen oil” who cares? You’re not eating it on a daily basis, you know it’s junk food, you know to eat it once in a while with moderation.

Otherwise go make your own icecream, you can make a nice churner out of a paint can, and slightly smaller container with a tight seal in the paint can, Just get some vanilla pudding powder and milk, fill the paint can with ice, then fill the slightly smaller container with the well stirred milk and pudding mixture, from there you just roll the paint can across the floor until it’s churned.
>>
>>20976184
the soybean oil is in the cookie pieces you illiterate fuck
>>
>>20976359
aren't the good ice cream makers like 700 dollars?
>>
>>20976515
You literally just need a freezer to make it by hand
>>
>>20976515
the ninja creami will get you great results for a kinda half-way hack machine and it goes on sale for around 100 dollars
>>
>>20976515

well done ninja shill. you earned your commission today.
>>

Bro, you might be literally retarded.
>>
>>20976550
/ck/ is one of the slowest moving boards on this site, you're not important enough to be worth shilling to. some people actually recommend items they like to other people without being paid for it.
>>
>>20976330
>ice cream doesn't need a bunch of extra ingredients that are possibly detrimental to your health but if you don't want to eat them, you're a schizo
It doesn't need cookie dough either, and obviously it's going to be full of industrial ingredients so idk what OP expected but your response is silly.
>>
>>20976443
Individual ingredients vs a combined mixture are not even remotely the same.
Yeah, you can buy fresh flour, right off the shelf. That doesn't mean bread made with that flour lasts just as long. Did you really think you were making a sensible argument?

What even IS your argument? Consume chemicals, preservatives and horrible shitty food because homemade cookies and bread will go bad after a week? Have you ever bought fresh chicken before?
>>
>>20976184
>What normal ice cream could possibly need soybean oil?
Cookie dough ice cream for the dough. it's right there in the ingredients in the OP of your image that inspired you to make this thread. They use margarine. You specifically got this flavor, and this flavor has margarine in it, so you are eating margarine. Case closed. Take him away boys.
>>
>>20976355
Crazy to think there are plenty of foods that list vitamins like that.
>>
Blue Bell is a step above the ultra goyslop brands but it's no Haagen Dasz.
>>
>>20976732
>full of industrial ingredients
jesus christ you are fucking retarded
>>
>>20976881
Pol won
>>
>>20976280
>cookies are made of ingredients?!?

Palm and soybean oil goyslopies are not real cookies.

They're the human equivalent of chicken feed, fed to whatever genetically engineered creatures they extrude into "chicken" nuggets.
>>
>>20977320
Go Google what essential amino acids, B-vitamins and what Limonine is.

Or continue to be an uneducated retard, whatever you want.

>>
>>20976184
It's almost impossible to find cream just plain heavy cream without crap in it. When I want ice cream I have to make my own at this point and pay a fortune for cream without thickeners in it. It's just sad. I know people crow about Ben and Jerry's but for as long as I've known it looking at the ingredients was a shit show.
>>
>>20977244
No. You'll notice I didn't say anything you presume me to believe. I was merely pointing out the absurdity of your argument, not making one myself. Calm down, anon.
>>
>>20977244
>If somebody points out my argument is bad then they are my ideological enemy, disagree with me on everything, and are objectively evil and wrong
Overreaction much? Your point sucked and is stupid. You're acting like a fucking snowflake.
>>
Didn't read any of this thread. Ice cream should have the following ingredients:
>Cream
>Sugar
>Milk
>Cocoa if chocolate
Anything else should be banned. Want extra shit? Do it yourself. Stop eating poison.
>>
>>20978382
I wasn't making an argument I was stating a fact.

Do you know what the word "argument" means?
>>
>>20978393
Yeah, sorry I tried to educate the OP on how to make ice-cream at home with basic ingredients instead of buying chemical slop from the store.

God, the other guy who was arguing with me for NO reason and only desired to divert the conversation on an irrelevant tangent is definitely a good person.

Nah they are in fact my mortal enemy, an enemy of logic and sound advice is probably a fucking pedophile behind the screen. They are for all I fucking care.
>>
>>20976184
BB is dogshit.
You get a gallon of “frozen dairy dessert” for like $5, you can’t expect it to actually be good when quality ice cream like HD sells less than a pint for the same price.
If you want a bargain ice cream brand, go with Tillamook.
