I know these are bad for your health and I haven't had them for a while, why don't they make big healthy tortillas? The low-carb and vegan tortillas are all little taco-sized ones.

I love eating big burritos in these, they taste so good, but I feel guilty eating all of the carbs and hydrogenated oils they pump it with. How can I make a big burrito while keeping it healthy???????

you can get whole wheat tortillas. but dude, a tortilla isn't gonna kill you. mexican labourers eat them by the fucking truckload and they manage. like, you probably shouldn't be eating big burritos every single day. but once in awhile, and as long as you stay within your macros, you're fine. the latter is really the most important. learning to eat in moderation and having the self control to portion properly is more important to your health than eating the "right" foods. that doesn't mean you should go out and guzzle HFCS to meet your macros. but there's a middle ground.

They have a large 90cal low carb wrap of the mission brand ones but it's hard to find
Only the gigantic grocery store stocks them by me
The smaller 70cal version is much easier to find, this annoyed me at first too but eventually I just got used to making smaller burritos which was probably better overall

They're bad if you're trying to stick to a low calorie goal
Well not necessarily bad, you can make room for them if you want but it's better spent on more protein or something

What are you putting in your burros if not rice and beans anyway? Mission is shit btw.

Not OP but wheat tortillas have an insane amount of sodium for something that's going to always be paired with salty meats and cheeses
>>
I just buy the actual mexican ones and never had a problem. And as others have said if you arent being a lard ass you can eat most anything and stay healthy if you are active and not drowning in soda and junk food all day.

I mean you don't need to add that much salt if any if you don't like it.

I eat these and they don't seem bad for you.

You can buy Almond flour tortillas, lower carbs and less filler ingredients
>>
I like tortillas because you can literally just roll some lunch meats and cheese up and slide it down your gullet quickly, and with the added bonus of not making crumbs.
